For many years I’ve thought of getting a tattoo, but never took the leap, because I hadn’t found anything I really connected with, that would mean something down the road as well. Then I say the documentary @motorcycle.mary about the pioneering car and motorcycle racer, Mary McGee. The whole documentary was amazing, but when she said the words “Stay calm. Twist the throttle.” It finally hit me. So, today I did it! Thank you to @inkedupjohnny at @finaoink for the awesome work! I love it! #tattoo #motorcycle #vespa

😩😎 One ☝🏾 of the most important lessons
I’ve learned is be yourself and commit to your process no matter the odds. Me and @inkedupjohnny did this skit when it got slow in 😳October.
I got down on myself, felt lost 😞 unfulfilled and a sense that things were going down hill from now until forevermore 😳.😉not really but you feel me 😩

So I stopped wanting to commit to the process.
I didn’t even tell @inkedupjohnny i didn’t feel like doing it anymore, all movation had been drained out of me.

I just went back into my
habitual way of dealing with challenges that seem
inescapable. ✨ Then I remembered who I MF 😤😎💪🏾💯was.
Just because you don’t feel like doing something, doesn’t mean that you don’t want to do it.

Example: you want to work out 🏋️‍♀️ 4 times a week to get ready for a competition. On the 4th day you don’t feel like working out because things going on in your personal life seem so bad. However you want to because of the goal 🥅 you set for yourself.
So what do we do ? Procrastinate start making excuses and fall off. If we would have just did want we wanted to do and not let the feeling of not feeling like doing it over power our want to do it Boom Bam 💥 Bingo 😎😎.

You have to do the work without any expectations of a reward. The reward is the work.

On Self 😉✨
