Small reminders

"Before I got to know you, I thought you'd be SUCH A B*TCH!" ...something I hear often and nevermind because YEP I see it now. 👀😅

I KNOW, I have a severe case of #restingbitchface - and it makes me laugh - in exactly the same way I laugh when other people are DISGUSTED by the word "#moist" (I do SO love that word - amongst many others that, if I were to type them here, would definitely earn me the badge of #FOREVERBANNED).

None of them are actually offensive but they definitely make people get squirmy, lol. THEY'RE JUST WORDS, CALM DOWN. 😂

Myself as #Lavish (& in 📸 2 with @foxeyninja - we were the dynamic duo that had to team up for a reason no one remembers except that it had something to do with a boombox?!?) & Anna AKA #foxeyninja, we just said our lines, which changed every new take, into mics that were consistently blasted by TONS OF WIND but we DID (pretty damn convincingly) fight EVERYONE, literally. We never knew why but we did it anyway. 🤷‍♀️😅

There's a reason this show never aired but it's too funny to the point of almost being mean so I'll just say...

I found the reason, @annagloriadances... I just came across the footage (that I WISH I could post but I WILL NOT because promised I wouldn't, for J's sake, haha) from #NeighborhoodGroove and John DEFINITELY made the right call (aaaaaaand now I'm laughing way too hard) hahaha! 🎤

Hey, at least we got to fight... in pretty much every scene, so that was EXTREMELY FUN (and or course, because we were always scripted to win). 😘

The last thing I have to say is that it absolutely was not our fault and I'm still SO proud of how awesome this was for us! #lavishandfoxey ❤️

#IceQueen ❄

VID ONE: shot by @aries_i_am - love you! 💙

#LingerieDesigner: @pop_creations
#LingerieModel: @official.lauracorbin
#HMUAs: @fit_style_rox /@iracema.e.quintero / @erikalee_artistry / A SURPRISINGLY large F^$%TON of #BodyGlitter that somehow isn't showing here. 😂

This was my goodbye to small #runwayshows in #SanDiego - I was QUITE ill here & starting intensive treatment for #Lyme that was pretty horrific BUT - it got me to my first #remission, ever.

My return to #runway was 2 years later and a HUGE hit; I am PROUD!

#ChronicIllness is FAR more life-shattering than you know; until it happens to you. The moments spent stepping back into to the light may be brief but NEVER wasted. ✨

My #loveletter to all who suffer from #chronicillnesses:

•YES, the light may be brief; but you will outshine it when it comes.
•The light will come & as much as you hear this, it's true: #keepgoing.
•The #pain and the lingering doubt from your body and from everyone who once called you friend and now calls you liar will be buried when you are given your #vindication via test results, MDs, "positives" (that are negative - but remind you that those who hate you are the ones who need the most #healing; YOUR BODY is healing but a blackened soul will not; your #soul is and will ALWAYS remain lighter, even when it's too heavy to bear)
•You will never NOT be worth it.
•You're BEAUTIFUL even if you can't make it to the bath or shower.
•You needn't push harder because #ableist people scream "you can!"
•The #ableism your hear? IT LIES.
•Hang on, it gets A LOT worse before it gets better; you will be given more than you can carry, more diagnoses, more pain, more hatred & fear from outsiders, more torture you do NOT deserve but HANG. ON...!
•Each time you don't bite back at those "#sweetwithteeth", you WIN, even when no one notices; ESPECIALLY when no one notices.
•That FIRE 🔥 you have inside of you? KEEP IT... EVEN WHEN IT BURNS FROM THE INSIDE OUT. You'll not only NEED it soon; it will DEFINE you & more so, it will #DEFYtheODDS.
•I PROMISE YOU, YOU'LL WIN.
