Every so often, life sends us someone so luminous, so full of heart, that everything around them softens and brightens. Meegs, you were that someone for us. You walked through the doors of our café and yoga studio, and something shifted. The space filled with more laughter, more ease, more kindness. We watched, in awe, as a quiet kind of magic unfolded around you—a magic that drew people in, made them feel seen, and made them stay.

We’ve never seen anything like it—customers arriving with handmade cards and enthusiastic hugs from children, yogis flocking to your classes like pilgrims to a sacred flame. A whole town fell in love with you, and how could they not? Your presence is a balm. Your heart, a home.

Words will never be enough, but still we try: Thank you. We love you. We’ll miss you with everything we’ve got. The world is so lucky to have you moving through it - may you be met with the same love you so freely gave to all of us in your travels.

Hurry home, our arms are already outstretched for your return.

Last night, I treated the staff – those who show up daily for you ❤️‍🔥

We speed-dated, got sweaty, jumped in ice and heat, and indulged in pizzas, wine, and lollies.

Huge thanks to @sana_recovery for hosting us! An incredible intimate space!

99% of the time, I’m surrounded by incredible women—mamas, teenagers, little girls, and strong women of all kinds, each a force of nature.

Today, I hope you all took a moment to remind yourselves of how truly beautiful and amazing you are, and make sure to tell those who inspire you as well!

More than just a studio 💌

In the past four days, I’ve had the privilege of meeting so many incredible people. And it’s made me even more certain—2025 is about community.

I wanted Enhance to elevate from 2024—to do more with and for the community. To build connections. To get people talking. To create a space where everyone—regardless of age, fitness level, or background—feels like they belong.

We’re excited to share that we’ve started a new collaboration with @grovedaletigersfnc , bringing Pilates and yoga to their teams. This week, we had the privilege of taking the netballers through a pre-season class—and they were incredible!

Park Pilates is drawing 40+ people each to move, connect, and breathe in nature. And WALK&TALK is growing, bringing people together in the simplest but most powerful way.

If you want to be part of something bigger than just attending a studio, this is your invitation.

✨ Our next community class is this Wednesday at 6:30 PM at Poa Banyual—all proceeds go to the Breast Cancer Foundation. Let’s move for a cause. 💖

Can’t make it Wednesday? Join us for WALK & TALK or come along to a studio class. There’s always a way to get involved! And we offer classes from HIIT to Yin.

In an Enhance class, you can expect our instructors to:

🖤 Help you pre-queue your next move so you can flow seamlessly from one exercise to the next.
🖤 Remind you to connect with your muscles and feel where the exercise is targeting.
🖤 Set up each exercise for proper form and technique, ensuring you’re moving safely and effectively.
🖤 Offer hands-on corrections (with your permission) to help refine your movements.
🖤 Recognize that every body moves differently, and we embrace that diversity in our approach.
🖤 Provide modifications and challenges to meet everyone’s needs, including pregnant, postpartum, or injury-recovering members.
🖤 Ensure every movement transitions smoothly into the next—because a class that flows makes all the difference.
🖤 Guide you to sync your breath with your movement—reminding you when to inhale and exhale from the very start.
🖤 Move around the room to adjust to the energy—if something feels too easy, we’ll adapt the plan to keep you challenged.
