30 orders. THIRTY!!
I was packing Donna’s order this morning and thought, hang on a minute, this is her 30th order with me!!
And I just had to make a little fuss of her.
Because I don’t think people always realise what this means to someone with a small business.
Donna has been supporting me for years. She comes back, she buys my candles, she gifts them to people she loves, and she continues to choose something I’ve created with my own two hands.
And that means more to me than she’ll probably ever know.
When you have a small business, you don’t have a big team behind you. It’s just you, making things, packing orders, sharing what you love and hoping that other people love it too.
And then you have people like Donna. ❤️
People who keep showing up.
And I think that deserves celebrating.
So Donna, if you’re watching, THANK YOU. For every single one of those 30 orders, for supporting my little business and for being part of its story.
You’re an absolute bloody gem.

I’ve been making these candles for years, and I sometimes forget that not everyone knows why I make them the way I do.

They’re not just candles that smell beautiful.

Each one is hand-poured by me, infused with Reiki energy and created around a particular intention.

Healing. Calm. Self Love. Ground. Cleanse. Abundance.

And I think that’s what I love most about them.

You might be drawn to Healing because life’s been a bit bloody heavy lately.

Or Calm because you’ve spent the whole day doing everything for everyone and your head is still going at 9 pm.

Or Self Love because, well, when was the last time you did something just for yourself?

You don’t need some elaborate spiritual ritual.

Sometimes it’s just lighting a candle, making a cuppa and having ten minutes where nobody needs anything from you.

Some things you can’t fix for someone.

But you can remind them they’re held. 🤍

I’ve gifted my Healing Candles to people recovering from surgery, moving through illness, grieving, going through a breakup, or simply navigating a season that feels really bloody hard.

I don’t believe lighting a candle is going to magically fix your life.
What I do believe is that intention matters.

Every candle is hand poured by me and infused with Reiki as it is made. It’s a quiet, intentional part of my process, one that feels deeply aligned with who I am and the work that I do.

When you like one, my hope isn’t that it changes your life overnight

My hope is that it changes a moment.

That it reminds you to pause

To take a breath .

To soften your shoulders.

To sit down with your cup of tea before the next thing demands your attention.

Because sometimes healing doesn’t begin with a huge breakthrough.

To say the last few years have been rough is a total and utter understatement.

We have had a lot of down as well as ups Welcoming our new grandbabies Sebastian this year.

But to say that we’ve been going through it is mild… My husband Luke had a triple bypass in May Last year And we are celebrating that he has made recovery a slow recovery where he is thriving and well.
We have made a decision to him come on board partner in the business, overwhelm, nervous system breakdown was also part of his health and we have spent last year Evaluating,

In saying that Luke is going to become one of the team members of the candle business so that he spend more time at home and with family. He will still be doing his construction job but not in the capacity he used to.

SoI want to welcome Luke to the team.
