Meet the people behind The Coming Home Retreat. 🤍

When I created this retreat, I knew it couldn’t just be me.

I wanted to bring together facilitators I genuinely trust, each offering something unique to support your journey home to yourself.

Together, we’ll explore nervous system regulation, breathwork, energy healing, cacao, meaningful conversations and deep rest.

If you’ve been feeling burnt out, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself, this retreat was created for you.

Only 2 private rooms remain, twin/share rooms available.

I’d love to welcome you.

Imagine waking up here… 🤍

Whether you’re sober, sober curious, or simply craving a reset, this is your opportunity to pause, reconnect, and come home to yourself.

Tucked away in the breathtaking Byron Bay hinterland, BlueGreen Sanctuary is where we’ll gather for The Coming Home Retreat.

Over three days, you’ll have the space to step away from the noise of everyday life and into a place where everything is taken care of. Beautiful accommodation, nourishing meals, yoga, meditation, breathwork, nervous system regulation, energy healing, a Sober Curious workshop, and meaningful connection with a small group of women who truly get it.

Bookings are now open, and I’d love to welcome you.

Are you building mutually beneficial relationships in business or relying solely on your skills?

Any transaction carries a level of energetic trust between both parties that should never be taken for granted.

The more you can build the right partnerships with your clients, team, suppliers and network - the greater chance of long term success you will have.

As the old saying goes “never burn a bridge” 🔥

Are you trying to find happiness from external materials? 💰

It sounds simple - but we often unconsciously get carried away by shiny objects, social media comparison and immediate gratification.

True fulfillment, despite all the success one can have in business and life, comes from within 🙏
