About Innerdance Activation

Innerdance is awakening of your life force energy, it is an internal movement of energy facilitated by multilayer music, sounds, vibrations, frequencies, touch and words. This is process of trusting, letting go and surrender.

Sounds affect us scientifically and energetically.

Innerdance regulates the nervous system, reconnects with our body and emotions.
Co-activation of parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous system during the Innerdance session helps you to access non-dual consciousness.

Innerdance is a transformative inner journey experience, which leads to increased self-awareness, self-acceptance, self-realization, and a connection with the Universe.

This experience is often described as bringing profound spiritual awakening and personal growth. This powerful experience is helping to open you up to higher states of unity consciousness, enhance your spiritual journey, and align you with your true self.

Innerdance Benefits

Calming down the nervous system, bringing serenity, experience of inner peace and freedom, feeling of harmony.
Releasing emotional blocks, fears and healing past traumas, gaining emotional balance.
Healing from Within, reducing stress, anxiety, chronic pain and improving physical and mental health.
Gaining a clarity of who you truly are, unlocking your inner pot. #innerdance

I have "returned to the roots" of the natural, high-vibration environment of the jungle, experiencing my own innerdance facilitated by intuitive horses, sounds of nature and other species of Costa Rican wildlife.

The jungle provided me a Sanctuary, where I could go within and deepen my practice.

Being in a large, coherent electromagnetic field of horses, and naturally regulated and synchronised heart rhythm with theirs, I have been embracing inner wisdom and energetic awareness.

Energy is a fundamental reality, listening to energy, reading vibrational frequencies and understanding how naturally the energy settles is helping us to become regulated and help others to shift too.

You can change your life by mastering your own energy and knowing how it works.

If you need guidance and help.
I am offering 1:1 coaching.

“Your Soul.
Life is the universe speaking through you.
Your soul is intelligent, ancient, and real.
It knows who you are beneath the noise, and it will keep showing you what you need to face
until you finally remember.”

Fear is what keeps being shown to me, over and over again. Well, actually a lot has been shown to me this past year. Fear lately was there, right up in my face! So, instead of running away as fast as my legs would take me, I’ve been taken baby steps forwards. Baby steps, to show that little part of me it’s all ok, and it’s safe to let go of that now.

Aneta and Kornelia are beautiful souls. I feel very safe with them and trust them completely. When that voice inside told me to connect with them for support, I listened.

The journey I (we) went on was profound and beautiful. Deep throat releases, over and over again, until it flowed into song. Pure, expansive love, a feeling of going home. Empowerment, reclaiming what is already mine. It’s hard to describe, I see it all as scenes, I feel the energy move and then flow through my body, it is a journey. And Aneta is there with me throughout it all…connected, collaborating and supporting. Somehow she sees and feels what’s inside me. We are connected and she knows how to guide me and hold space for me in love - so any patterns of protection feel safe enough to let go.

I have attended both Anetas group workshops and now a 1:1 and I would highly recommend joining them, they are truly beautiful 🙏🙏🙏

@yogalifestudio thank you for your beautiful space too ✨

I am beyond grateful for my experience in the sacred land of Maia Earth Village.

This journey to Pi Villaraza wasn’t just an intensive training about science and spirit — it was a remembering.
Being in the heart, the rhythm, the truth.
Innerdance moved me beyond words.
Through stillness, through surrender, through the intelligence of life itself.
Deep gratitude for this land, these teachings, and the people that I met on the path.

Thank you Philippines. ❤️✨️
