What if your anger is actually your greatest source of self-empowerment? 🔥

So many of us have held this energy down for so long. It felt unnatural, or negative, or like something that would cause harm. But anger is like any other emotion. It has another side, and that side is sooooo beneficial.

When we tap into it in a healthy way, it helps us speak our truth. It helps us state our boundaries, say what we want, and name where we want to be met. Underneath it there’s a deep love, because we care.

This sacred rage can move us in the direction we want to go. It helps us claim what feels whole to us, make healthy, abundant change, and do the things that maybe scare us. It’s vitality. It’s what helps us create a life where we can thrive.

So if we really start to learn to welcome it, and not reject it, it can create a safe space in us where things start to move. When we don’t, that’s where blockages start to form.

A new chapter ✨

Deep in the wild landscapes of Wales, I completed the Triple Vagal Method (TVM) Practitioner Training from @inner.alchemy.retreats ❤️

A training that is not only about learning the method and the theory behind it, but above all, about experiencing it for yourself.

Because how can you guide someone through something you have never experienced yourself?

TVM is a body-based method that works with the nervous system and the way our bodies respond to what we experience.

This training has shown me just how much our bodies tell us and hold onto, often without our minds even understanding it.

In the coming weeks, I’ll be sharing more about TVM, the nervous system, and how this method might be meaningful for you.

It hasn’t been easy, but my heart is full of gratitude ❤️. I couldn’t have wished for a better group to learn from, experience with, and grow alongside.

So much love and warmth.
AHO familia ✨

We have only a week to go until our September cohort begins.

We are so excited to step into another container, and to watch the smiles faces, the beauty of the tears, the sacredness of the rage.
To witness the home comings, the connections, the eyes shinning.

And to have new practitioners out there in the world, with a method that means so much for us to share.
One that reminded us of our self love, our safety to the body, our self-empowerment.

Our final 3 spaces remain-
If your on the fence - nows the moment to step into what's calling you home.

When we go into fight or flight the body creates energy to move, protect, run, respond.

And when that energy doesn’t get to complete it can stay held in the system.

Shaking gives the body a way to discharge some of that activation and find its way back towards parasympathetic.

It’s why animals shake after stress.

Sometimes before stillness… we need movement.

Shake it out. Let the body do what it knows how to do. 🤍

This training is so much more than a technique that you come to learn.

Yes, we teach you how to work with the body + nervous system.

But we’re also teaching the things that change how you meet life.

Taking ownership.
Staying with yourself.
Learning to communicate.
Opening the heart without abandoning yourself.

These are life skills. 🤍

Sometimes we look around at this life and think wow… we really get to do this 🤍

To sit with humans in their tenderness.
To watch the body soften, the eyes change, something finally let go.

To witness people meet parts of themselves they maybe haven’t felt safe enough to meet before.

And then all the laughter, the ridiculous moments, the tears, the dancing, the love.

Somehow a group of strangers becomes a little family.

This work has so much of our hearts.

Not because we want to fix anyone.

We just really love humans.
And we love what happens when we feel safe enough to be real with each other.

To drop some of the holding.
To be seen.
To feel.
To remember we don’t have to do all of this alone.

What a beautiful thing we get to witness 🤍

So much love 💕

It really is so much more then just a training,
It’s where you make friends for life-
Where you remember what its like to have fun again that comes effortlessly and naturally, it’s belly laughs because you feel free in yourself.

The inner critic quietens as you regulate, the pain in your body eases, the grief in your heart softens, the Iove begins to open again- and in that you wake up to the life you want to live, you become it.

We give you this skills for months to be a practitioner, yet what we feel is most valuable is what happeneds inside these 12 days - there’s a real gift here.

Very final spaces remaining for September 2nd

If you know you know. 🤍

A little look into the training 🤍

Pip teaching one of the TVM points here and I just love watching how much starts to open when we actually get into the body and learn through feeling it ourselves.

There’s so much depth in this work and also so much simplicity.

12 days together really learning it, practising, receiving, feeling what’s happening under your hands and building the confidence to work with another person’s nervous system.

Then 3 months together afterwards to keep practising, integrating and being supported as you take it into your own work.

Next training is 2nd - 13th September in Wales and we still have a few spaces 🤍

Message us if you want to come learn with us.

A beautiful raw share from our dear friend Chloe.

We are so inspired by watching the transformations that take place during the training. Seeing that the courage to say YES gives back in regulation, tools, purpose, joy, love and so much more.

Thank you for sharing your heart and all that moved you in the container.

You are an amazing practitioner. 🤍
