gym girlies, this one’s for you !!

meet your new post-workout skincare essential: Mixi Skincare’s compressed face towel! It starts as a tiny square, just add water, and watch it expand into a towel you can use to gently pat your face dry after pilates, the gym, or your hot girl walk. ✨

because your skincare routine doesn’t have to stop just because you’re not home, save this for your next workout + send it to your gym bestie!

If you’re already a client of mine, you know I’ve become a little obsessed with scalp oiling because it’s been a game changer for my overall hair health.

I talk about it behind the chair all the time because taking care of your scalp is such an important part of taking care of your hair!

But I also know the idea of adding one more thing to your routine can feel like… a lot.

So here’s your reminder that scalp oiling doesn’t have to be complicated or take up an entire evening.

One of my favorite ways to fit it in? Apply my @mynajeau oils before my Pilates class (in this vid I’m using the follicle drops) I braid my hair back, let them sit while I workout, then shampoo twice when I get home. That’s it.

I’m a big believer that the best hair + scalp routines are the ones that actually fit into your life — and a little consistency can go a long way. ✨

Save this for the next time you tell yourself you “don’t have time” to scalp oil 🤍

Also get your butt to @innerverse_studios for a killer workout!
