Today we were so blessed to have @sus_thompson2 spend the morning with the @missouri.valley.university Dance Team! 💜🧡

Susie brought so much energy, inspiration, and positivity into the room as she shared her U-Turn Thinking method and challenged us to think about what it truly means to develop a winning mindset—not only as athletes, but in everything we do.

We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to learn from her knowledge, experiences, and perspective. Thank you, Susie, for investing in our dancers, encouraging them, and reminding us just how powerful our mindset can be! 🫶

We are better because of the people who pour into our program. 💜

Day two of our @missouri_valley_college Summer Dance Intensive somehow managed to top an already incredible start! 🤩💜

We were so lucky to have guest instructor @lucymayvitug leading inspiring lyrical and pom classes. Dancers also trained in ballet, jazz, and technique with Coach @ksrevis1 , brought the energy in hip hop with Team Captain @adriennel01, and took part in an impactful mental health workshop with our own Katie Kirby from the Missouri Valley Counseling Department!

This weekend is about so much more than learning choreography—it’s about growing as dancers, building confidence, creating connections, and developing the tools to succeed both on and off the dance floor. We can’t wait to finish this incredible weekend strong tomorrow! 🧡✨

Today we finished our first day of our skills camp with Innovative Choreography!

Today the girls worked on dance technique, flag technique, learned a fun combo, and worked on new tosses!

Congratulations to Bella and Daphne for winning the flag mania game.

At the end of each day of camp, the Innovative Choreography staff each pick someone to earn a pink ribbon award. Today’s winners were Riley S and Ava for being constant hard workers and persevering! Congratulations girls!

We are so excited for days 2 and 3. 💙

There is nothing I love more than a full weekend of dance, and that’s exactly what this weekend was! 💗
I loved spending Saturday and Sunday with @innovativechoreography and getting to talk with so many amazing colleges. Along with Innovative, I spent Friday and Saturday doing one of my favorite things—RECITAL!! This year feels extra special because of all the incredible seniors. Most of these girls I’ve been dancing with since I was little, and they’ve helped shape who I am today. They were the girls I looked up to, laughed with, stretched with, and cheered on through all these years.
Something is definitely going to be missing next season, but I know the world is getting some pretty amazing people. Love you guys forever! 💗✨ @reigndancestudios
