That’s a wrap on sophomore year, I’m officially half way through college!!! This was a great semester filled with some great memories. I had the pleasure of working on 2 shows: Hansel & Gretel and my production of Taskmaster. My biggest win from the semester was making my puppet. I’ve wanted to for a long time and I finally had the excuse t do it and it turned out great. It’s even going to be displayed in PTAB until I graduate! On the other hand, my biggest challenge was History of Theatre as a whole. I found it hard to stay focused and I really bombed the final. I’m looking forward to next year and can’t wait to see what happens! Classes taken his semester: Advanced Stage Management: Film and TV Management, Costume Construction, History of Theatre II, SM Seminar, and ASM Project.

The School for Scandal, my fifth show designed at the U! I just had so so much fun throughout the whole process of designing this, and I am so happy I could work with so many amazing people to make this beast of a show happen! Thank you Sarah for having me design for you again, and thank you to everyone who helped make my design a reality. My design team, I adore you. Any day I’m in the theater with my costumes is a day I’m being truly myself! 🪭🪩💌🌹🎶

🎟️Sir Benjamin Backbite🎟️ Ohhh this show, these people, this character! What an absolute delight to become an overtly homosexual gossip king in a big wig. This costume, makeup, and wig were so fun, and I had such a challenge tackling the language in Sheridan's "The School for Scandal" at @uofutheatre Infinite love and appreciation to our designers, director, crew, and my fellow cast mates for making this such a rewarding process. It was so fun to play Benjamin and Sir Toby Bumper. This show was singing debut, my dancing debut, and had the most intense costume changes I've ever had! Costume design by the one and only @niamh_helwig and photos by the incredible @toddcollinsphotos Onto the next project! Bye, Benjamin (and Sir Toby Bumper!)

Here we go again, the voices in their head… This play, set in the late 18th century, follows a group of socialites who plot to arrange the marriages they want, regardless of other people’s feelings. It is a fascinating look at social expectations and how they can be exploded and manipulated by all for gain. Yet kindness, heart, and hope still can win out. Tonight’s Show: Onyx Rest with @opendoorproductions ! First show of 2026! The show was great, it was a sea shanty musical about the people left behind in those pirate towns. There was a really cool use of shadow box puppetry as well. #theatre #collegetheatre #seashanty #onyxrest
