Ladies Playbook is coming to your city. 👀🤍

We asked the women who experienced LP firsthand what made it so special… and their answers say it all.

The connections. The community. The memories. The women who make it what it is. ✨

Where should we go next? 👀

I don’t know who I’m talking to today. But around football season, I sometimes reflect on the years I spent in the League, and who I was back then.

If you’ve ever been married or partnered to someone whose career was highly visible, someone high-achieving, or someone the world’s attention naturally goes to, then you know how everything around you starts to revolve around them too. The home. The plans. The relationship.

Rarely was anyone curious about me or what I was doing. I became invisible in a way most people never noticed, including me.

Some people respond to that by carving out their own path and finding ways to stay visible to others and themselves. But I did the opposite. I was so focused on taking care of my partner, my kids, and my home that I lost all awareness of what I actually wanted or needed.

But I didn’t even realize that’s what was happening until I went back to school, got into some therapy of my own, and connected with myself for the first time. I started understanding the importance of that connection.

If any of this sounds familiar. If you’ve ever disappeared inside of someone else’s life, I want you to hear this: you’re allowed to take up space in your own life again. And it’s not too late. You’ve got a calling too.

This is the work I do now, with myself and every person who sits across from me.

To those of you who have trusted me to walk this journey with you, thank you. Your safety with me is not taken for granted.
