“Pinch me so I know if I’m dreaming or not…”.
.

One of the thousands of pics from our impromptu photo shoot Tuesday on about 3hrs of sleep…ah maybe less!! Because when opportunity knocks we have to jump or we lose it!!
.
Grateful….grateful to the relationship I have with my friend Ryan, who has also been my exclusive photographer. Grateful he pushed me to get in front of the camera after I repeatedly turned him down for 2 years. We’re a pretty damn good team!!
.
Grateful for my coach @whitneyjones_ifbbpro who pushed and continues to push me out of my shell and build the confidence in myself. Who reminded me that although I spend my life taking care of everyone else, I’m important too. ❤️
.
Grateful for my husband’s and boys’ patience, love, and support as I decide to go for another show, another photo shoot. As I drag ass and get a bit whiney because I can’t get my feet to go one in front of the other. Yes I’m exhausted! My body wants sleep, my mind wants peace, but my heart is in pursuit of dreams. But like my Aunt Julie said today, it’s ok to be tired, I can rest when I’m old!!❤️

With @insideoutcookie at the NPC Teen Collegiate Masters Championship, I knew that I would find a competitor devouring one. I almost made it my mission to find one. If you haven't already, give them a try and you won't be disappointed! They're also a PA company, so I gotta show them some love!

Catch the rest of Saturday nights candids on npcnewsonline.com!

@bbqindc is a BBQ festival held every year right in DC with 100+ food samples, music and entertainment! We walked around to different sample pavilions where games were also held, and stayed cool in their hydration tents which was much needed on a hot summer day ☀️ There is soo much to do here & you definitely want to arrive early to take advantage of the whole day. We love live music and it was amazing to see the Soul Searchers and DuPont Brass perform 🎵 this is definitely one of our favorite events here in the city and we can’t wait to go back next year! 🤩

Some highlights of the event include:
🌭 Nathan’s Hot Dog Eating Contest
🏒 Sports Action from @capitals @washwizards @washmystics
🍻 🍷 Microbrew & Wine Sampling
🍽️ DC Restaurant Row

You can find more info about participating restaurants, schedules, tickets and more on their website!

Met some AMAZING artists at Sci-Fi Valley Con!

These first ones belong to @codyjamesbycody freakin phenomenal pieces. Of his collections, I have to say the pokémon’s were my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE. 🤣
Sponge-Jiggly-Bob will be displayed on my desk at work.
Hopefully, the next time I post Usopp, it will have an autograph along with a report of how incredible Sonny Strait thinks this dude’s work is.

The second slide with the awsome little guys belong to @denzelldraws The best animated stickers ever! I am hoping I’ll get to see a Doodle-Bob sticker next time I see you at a con👀 and can’t wait to see those badass Baldur’s Gate stickers in action!
Hopefully the next time I post up Krillin and Usopp, it will be with a report of Sonny Strait’s thoughts on this guy’s amazing stickers.

Annnnd the third slide is one of the many cookies made by @insideoutcookie Awesome people, making awesome cookies. It was definitely a Big Beautiful Chocolate cookie… 😁😂

And there was a Spiderman Dinosaur that HAD to be shared. 😂😂😂
