Ready to try something new, move your body and have a bit of fun while you’re at it? 💃

Madeline Stuart Dance Company runs disability-specific dance, drama and drumming classes for teens and adults with disability and neurodivergence, with free trial classes available.

You do not need dance experience. You do not need perfect timing. You just need to be open to moving, creating, connecting and trying something new in a supportive space.

The classes are built around fun, confidence, fitness, skills and friendships, with dancers supported to join in at their own level. For those who want to take it further, performance and competition pathways are also available.

A special thank you to the team at Madeline Stuart Dance Company for sharing these amazing images with us. The joy says everything.
