🌿 ARAMARA | COMMUNITY MARKET & BOHEMIAN NIGHT MARKET ✨ Back to the essence. Back to community.

Your shoulders are always tense, your mind won’t switch off, and even when you finally rest, you still don’t feel at peace? 🤍 Maybe you’re carrying more than you realize. Stress, difficult experiences and emotions we struggle to process can affect how we feel in our bodies. And when you’re constantly pushing through, taking care of everyone else and trying to keep everything together, it’s easy to lose touch with what you need. But what if you stopped asking yourself to keep going for a moment, and started listening instead? 🙌 Maybe you don’t need another routine to follow, another thing to improve about yourself or another reason to push harder. Maybe you need space to breathe. To move. To feel. To let go of the pressure to have everything figured out. ✨ What if you gave yourself five days to do just that? 🌴 WILD WITHIN | RETOUR À SOI 📍 A holistic retreat in Tulum, Mexico 📅 January 11–16, 2027 Five nights to step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself through yoga, meditation, movement, guided reflection, journaling and holistic therapies. A space to slow down, explore what you’ve been carrying, reconnect with your body and meet like-minded souls who are also making space for their wild selves. Come with someone you love, or come solo. You don’t need to have everything figured out to belong here. You can simply come as you are. 🤍 If you’ve been craving a pause, a reset or a deeper connection with yourself, maybe this is your invitation. ✨ Discover the retreat through the link in my bio and fill out the interest form. I’d love to share more with you. 💌 Save this as a reminder that you deserve space for yourself, too, or share it with someone who might need to hear this. With love, @dame.naturopathe 🌿 #Naturopath #HolisticTherapist #YogaTeacher #HolisticRetreat
