Masei Cameroon is putting in the work to promote peace and sports in Cameroon. This is in alignment with the 2063 African Union Agenda of silencing guns in the continent. They are using sports and it's structuring values as tools to bring people together across cultural and social divides with the objectives of improving Social, Civic activities , trust and mutual understanding among Cameroonians.
The ongoing and political humanitarian crisis in the Cameroon Regions of the North West ( Anglophone Crisis), Far North Region (Boko Haram) East Region ( Refugees/Intercommunity armed conflicts), South West Region ( Anglophone Crisis) has shattered the basic value of life to the populations of these communities with rugged and destroyed basic human development necessities.
This message is a wake up call to fellows of good humanistic instincts and concience that the sports community cannot stand by and watch but rather add a voice of peace and hope through sports and recteative activities to the millions of affected children and families. Sports is an ice breaker to peace and has no boundaries or political affiliation. It's only affiliation is humanity where there's mutual fair-play and respect of human life. Please, feel free to contact MASEI CAMEROON at maseisports@gmail.com today if you can be of any assistance or resourceful reference to their peace & sport campaign during the 2021 African Nations Cup in Cameroon.
