Day 4: The final paddle of this trip was at Kintla Lake. We watched the sunrise over the ridge and paddled 11.59 miles from bottom to top and back. Such a great trip of paddling and hiking of over 60 miles in four days. Grateful to have friends like Poko who are up for these types of adventures. Bonus to see his cabin and the new life he’s creating in a new place. There’s such inspiration in seeing how other people’s stories take shape and their reinvention process. #visitmontana #kintlalake #glaciernationalpark #paddleboarding #exploremore #takethetrip

Day 2: We maximized the daylight to paddle a couple miles across Two Medicine Lake before hiking 10.67 miles up to Dawson’s Pass, back down and checked out No Name Lake before a windy paddle back. #eastglacier #twomedicine #paddleboarding #hiking #glaciernationalpark #adventure #visitmontana

When the sky changes, we pause to admire it. What if we did the same for ourselves?

We are just a few weeks away from @barefootandfreeyoga.

This isn’t your typical yoga fest. It’s a full-on celebration of healing, connection, play, and presence. I’ll be teaching two SUP Yoga classes on Saturday: Let Go and Let Flow and Water Warrior SUP.

Use the code Inspired to save 15% off your festival passes: https://barefootandfreeyoga.thrivecart.com/festival-passes/

DM me with questions or if you’re coming. I hope to see you there!
