😂🤣 IF YOU GREW UP BACK IN THE DAY, YOU DIDN’T GO OUTSIDE IN THE COLD… YOU GOT GREASED UP AND SENT OUTSIDE! 💀😂

Mama had your face shining like a freshly waxed Cadillac! Forehead so greasy the cold wind couldn’t even get a grip! 🤣🤣

Well, guess what? Mama was onto something! 💯

That old-school petroleum jelly still comes in handy!

✅ Helps protect exposed skin from cold, dry wind.
✅ Locks in moisture.
✅ Helps prevent chafing during long runs.
✅ Great for areas prone to dryness in cold weather.

A thin layer goes a long way! Just remember, it doesn’t replace dressing properly for the cold.

Not my best work but I got the job done. Back to Back. No sleep, threw up before the race and insane headwind and still First two miles at 11:28 broke the field. I didn’t have to do much after that, just cruised to the end ;) Even on my worse days very few can beat me ‼️ 🐂🎃✌️🥇

That’s what I love about this running community! The races bring us together, but the PEOPLE make the memories! Nothing but good energy, familiar faces, new connections, and love all around!

My second year hosting the @chimarathon reminded me that the best part of what I do isn’t the microphone. It’s the PEOPLE.

Grateful to be part of it all, from running Saturday’s 5K to celebrating every runner on Sunday.

The Race 2026 💚❤️🖤🫶🏾

Although I missed seeing a few friends this year, this is the race that always gives me all the feels! I show up every year for the people, community, vibes, and everything The Race means to us.

This years @therace_uc DID NOT disappoint. It was something different this year though, like the PEACHTREE ,it seemed lighter this year. A huge turnout but the air was lighter and it seemed more like a fun run. For some odd reason it’s turning more into an enjoyment then a PR mission @ least for me …… At any rate it’s always a FAMILY-AFFAIR when the 💚❤️🖤 link up .
