Wrapping up Day 5!

- Today was a bit different from others! It may have snowed in Georgia, but that doesn't change the reality! I had a blast this morning with my family, playing in the snow, lounging around the house, but to end the night I'm making sure that I complete my daily task!

- Sometimes we have to be innovative due to circumstances or resources! Today I used Fitness+ on my apple fitness app to complete both my inside and outside workouts! This was great, I was able to burn calories, learn a few different exercises that would be effective to add to my current training plan, and had fun while doing so!

-I loveee the gym setting, but it feels great to enjoy at home workouts again.

- Also, due to inclement weather, I completed my 45min outside workout in the garage. It was cold, limited space, but we got it done.

Today 6:15am workout was AMAZING! Very humbling very challenging. I worked out late yesterday, went to bed even later, then the workout this morning with Multi! The besttt Gym in the city!!!✅

- It was soooo hard to wake up early this morning, but I remembered that my strength comes from God. That was all I needed to hear! I'm soooo grateful !!!!!

-The entire workout was about trusting God knowing that I can push even when I'm tired, even when my heart rate is at 175+, even when the weights are HEAVY.

-Stepping out my comfort zone makes me so much more resilient!

- Proverbs 3:5🙏🏾

I promise this is the last post from the paint & sip lol (there’s so many good pics/videos.) Just wanted to give a friendly reminder in this lovely Monday: anyone can be an artist! Here’s proof. Look at all of these amazing paintings made by equally amazing people. Though they are all different, they are unique to each artist that created them 💚
