Welcome to Milk and Saiya's Famous Kitty Circus!!! ๐ŸŽช One of the fabulous benefits we've found of world schooling, is time and space... Just to imagine, create, explore, daydream and ponder. No rush, no schedule. Nervous system relaxed to integrate naturally. Just following their excitement and listening to their body. Yes, we still have formal learning time, but only a small fraction of their day. Focused and dedicated. And the rest of the day is learning organically. Culture, history and geography, language, cuisine, communication, life skills, problem solving, arts and crafts, nutrition and wellbeing, emotional regulation, time management and currency happens naturally through our travels. Today, maybe just a quiet day under the doona immersing in a book. Tomorrow, creating a Kitty Circus ๐Ÿ˜‚ ๐Ÿ’• The day after, maybe exploring Versailles Palace or the Lourve?! Oooo, or maybe a picnic of baguettes, fromage and fine artisan pattiserie in front of the Tour Eiffel... Eeee exciting! #worldschooling #letetadventures #nomadlife #worldcitizens #livinglife

Vloreฬˆ, A L B A N I A A home away from home, we've felt surprisingly comfortable and at home in this gorgeous town on the coast of Albania ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฑ ๐Ÿ˜ Plethora of restaurants, cafes and night life ๐Ÿฅณ Our highlight was definitely the gorgeous expat community who welcomed us in with such warmth and kindness! Game night at the local Cafe was SO much fun we forgot to take photos, and the kids had an absolute ball running around with the local kids, playing chasey, board games, darts, hide and seek. It was great (and reassuring) seeing how quickly our girls bonded with other kids, making friendships around this beautiful world ๐ŸŒŽ โค๏ธ Highlights ๐Ÿ‘Œ - The expat community here are next level welcoming, definitely pop by (and shout out to) Ura Cafe (best actual real coffee, yes that's proper English haha) and Umami Sushi ๐Ÿฃ for the freshest authentic sushi in town - The weather has been 30+ every day ๐ŸŒž epicness! - Investment into super wide footpaths (great for scootering) and beach front carnival and shops, so lively! - Very comfortable and affordable apartments - Very convenient supermarkets with gluten-free bread and flour wohoo! No organic produce though - Crazy, epic backdrop of mountains and ocean - Warm ocean water ๐ŸŒŠ Not so great ๐Ÿ˜• - The wasp-like bugs that love hanging around when the restaurant food arrives - Single use plastic: asking for no plastic confuses the locals - Can't drink tap water here - Noisr levels at night, especially the random over-the-top noisy agro exhaust fitted cars in the middle of the night For kids: - Felt very safe, Albanians LOVE kids - Fun and comfortable - Affordable and easy (most places accept Euro and Lek, mostly cash ๐Ÿ’ธ) - Highly recommend

[ Keฬˆlcyreฬˆ ~ A L B A N I A ] Staying at a magical little organic farm called Ferma Grand Albanik is such a highlight to our adventure A change of scene from coastal Albania, we ventured in-land to Keฬˆlcyreฬˆ ~ nourishing, organic farm produce, home cooked Albanian brekky and dinner to the stunning Albanian Alps backdrop, picnic lunch at the local Lake. Mum learnt about foraging and preserving local, wild medicinal herbs, whilst the girls befriended some frogs ๐Ÿธ gave themselves a pamper day with mud and swam with the fishies ๐ŸŸ ๐Ÿ  the kittens were the absolute best part of the farm, of course. Next stop, the Stone City of Gjirokasta! . . . . #albaniawithkids #letetfamilyadventures #Albaniamania #Albania #nomadlife
