The struggle can be real & doesn’t get easier when you’re in your early to late 30’s + 2 🥸 Here are some of my “Week of” tips & tricks that help me, you did not ask for- but I’ll be doing this week 👊🏽 1. SPRAY TANS CURE EVERYTHING (almost) I love @vegasspraytans in Vegas and @bronzedbybrittla in LA 2. My fave easy morning 💩 cocktail : Night before put Cold Pressed organic Castor oil in your belly button- then next morning 1st thing mix: Room temp water 💦💦💦 1 fresh Lemon 🍋 Himalayan Salt Turmeric Ginger Powder Cayenne Pepper *Legit works everytime *For the face & mouth @Inoprpro whitening strips-Dm me for gadgets and head wraps I got on Amazon. I do love the @mynuface device 3. CRYOTHERAPY Facials are such a quick day of/night before fix. It cools, gives snatched appearance (short term) & wakes you TF UP 4. 🥩🥬🧈🍳Higher Protein (ground beef, salmon, eggs, ground turkey) Healthy Fats (sweet potatoes, avocado, avo oil, peanut butter) Cottage or Parmesan Cheese Greens (kale, edamame, spinach) Carbs (sourdough/jasmine rice) Sauces (siracha, hot honey) Protein Shake (vanilla collagen, vanilla veggie based protein powder, avo, blueberries, spinach, chia seeds, maca, peanut butter, almond milk) 5. Red Light Therapy @sweatitstudio sweat burn calories & works the core- great for studying/meditating/or bingeing Netflix. A big difference when I incorporate this week of 💦🔥 6. No alcohol- debates/depuffs and most of all keeps you clear headed… if you must indulge (no judgements) I sip on a good tequila reposado preferably. 7. Microcurrent Facial @vanitybeautylv before I hosted the @thecomedyreviewers (1st pic taken in gold jumpsuit) and I def felt my face was more lifted 👊🏽 8. MORNING MIRROR DANCE when you wake up + whatever workouts that spark joy. LAUGH 😅 For me alternating LowWeights + high reps/cardio Pilates & higher weight hiit class do the trick @pvolvewesthollywood @lifetimesummerlin @trufusionsummerlin 9. 🌞DUH -Dance it out, it’s free and makes ya feel alive! We’re all beautiful just the way we are, but for me if I feel better in my skin I perform better in life 👊🏽 #feelgood #mondaymotivaton #healthandwellnesstips #cheatcodes Hot to prep for event

Peep that after facial glow!!😏🤩✨ I’d always wanted to try Cryotherapy but was so nervous to try & I honestly don’t know what took me so long!! I totally pushed through!💪🏾😎 The Cryo Facial was amazing!! My skin looked like glass afterwards!! So soft and smooth!!🤗 The staff answered all of my questions & made everything so comfortable. It definitely gets cold inside of the chamber but the benefits are so worth it. #Cryotherapy #CryoFacial #ColdTherapy #Therapy #Cold #Spa #WellnessSpa #Recovery #SportsRecovery #InstaCryo #LasVegas #Vegas #VegasLocals #Health #Healthy #Fit

I had feelings of “why are we doing this again? I’m old! This won’t do anything- Damn I was wrong~ I couldn’t be happier, more humbled & grateful for the new photos & auditions 👏🏽 I’m not an expert, also not a gatekeeper so here’s some skin/body/mind/soul maintenance I did to prepare for headshot Sesh. Hope this helps anyone who’s leading up to a photoshoot, event, life milestone, or who just wants to feel fresh & healthy out there. If you’ve made it this far GRAZIE MILLE #actorlife #headshots #actor #grwm

Day 9: change up your routine. When you shock your muscles by changing up your movements and/or when you recover allows them to work harder. Intern, more efficient results. 🥶💪🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
