3 reasons you need to book a surf + yoga retreat to Barbados 🌺🌊

1. You need a proper reset.
Not the “I’ll have a quiet weekend and catch up on life admin” kind of reset… we mean switching off from your normal routine, waking up somewhere tropical, spending your days in the water, moving your body, eating amazing food and watching the sunset without having anywhere else you need to be. No clock watching round here!

2. You want to try something new (and actually have fun doing it)
Maybe you’ve always wanted to learn to surf but never had the time, the confidence or the right people to do it with. This is your chance to get in the water, have a laugh, probably fall off your board a few times 😂 and surprise yourself with what you can do. No experience needed - just a willingness to give it a go. Get out of your comfort zone without the fear of judgement!

3. You want the kind of holiday you actually come home from feeling better for.
A week of surfing, yoga, Pilates, sunshine, nourishing plant-based food, adventure, slow mornings, beautiful beaches and good people. The perfect mix of doing absolutely nothing… and doing everything.

And honestly? You don’t need to be an experienced surfer or a hardcore yogi. You just need to fancy 7 days in Barbados with a bunch of like-minded fun women, warm turquoise water and a little bit of tropical adventure. 🌴

Our first Sol Sista Surf & Yoga Retreat is happening this winter: 29 November – 6 December 2026 🇧🇧
