I’m so happy to announce The winners of The 2026 Story Farm Fellowship! The writing this year was genuinely impressive, and each of these writers give me that much more hope for the future of storytelling. Bravo to you all. I’m excited to work with you and hopefully help you create more success in the future. #screenwriting #scripts #acreenplay #hollywood @networkisa @instamax9

Your first script probably won't sell. Nobody warned you. Especially if it's your first or second one, the odds just aren't there.

But here's what nobody tells you either: it can still sell you.

It can get you in the room, get someone interested in your voice, open a door you never saw coming.

What has a script of yours already opened up, even if it never sold? Tell us below. 👇🏼

Before a reader hits page one, they've already judged your script by its page count. 110 for a feature, 60 for an hour of TV, 30 for a half hour.

Go over those numbers and you'd better know exactly why.

What's your current draft sitting at? Tell us below. 👇🏼

We all want to figure out how to get in touch with reps, agents, producers, and then some, but what’s your material like before you reach out? I’m launching two workshops every month starting in July, and I want to help you get your material to a place that is submission ready. Find the link in my bio and let’s get this thing going. #screenwriting #workshop #success #celebration

I’ve been doing this a long time. It felt weird to type “25 years”. 😮😳 #screenwriting #writing #novelwriting #storytelling

A different and yet not-so-different way to look at character development…using good ‘ol Field of Dreams as an example. #baseball #fieldofdreams #summer #screenwriting #storytelling

Hi all! This is a really fantastic and interesting podcast - More Skill Than Guts: Legendary Outdoorsman Cliff Jacobson Shares a Lifetime of Stories - that ghost hunter @scottmarkus and his partner in crime Max Timm did with my Dad - usually my Dad is interviewed only about camping and canoeing but this delves into some some different territory in addition to camping & canoeing - where they touch on writing, how he started, and cool stories about spiritual things he’s encountered as well as their own thoughts - It’s nearly an hour long and it just flew! Great job guys! And yes my dad is always full of good stories :)

Find it on YouTube under “Scott Markus Ghost Stories”
