Released on December 20, 2019, “Purple Haze 2” is the seventh studio solo album from rapper Cam’ron (@mr_camron) 🔮
Released on Killa Entertainment, “Purple Haze 2” was the follow-up to the 2009 album “Crime Pays”, as well as the sequel to the 2004 album “Purple Haze”. Having reunited with Jim Jones (@jimjonescapo), Juelz Santana (@thejuelzsantana), and Freekey Zekey (@freekey730) for The Diplomats (@officialdipset) album “Diplomatic Ties” in 2018, Killa Cam would return the following year with the long-awaited sequel to his fan favorite album “Purple Haze”. Released independently through his own Killa Entertainment, “Purple Haze 2” was Cam’s first solo album in ten years. Including the single ‘Believe In Flee’, “Purple Haze 2” landed at number 180 on the Billboard 200. Production on the album was handled by Heatmakerz (@officialheatmakerz), Rek Beatz (@instarek), and Freenyc Ent (@skitzofrenyc), among others. Guest features include Jim Jones, Max B (@maxb140), Wale (@wale), and others 🔮
In 2022, Cam’ron returned alongside producer A-Trak for the collaborative project titled “U Wasn’t There”. Cam has since gone on to launch the popular sports’ news talk called “IT IS WHAT IT IS” 🔮
