ten shows this year, eighteen all together, thousands of miles of american landscape behind me in a twenty year old outback, and, if you count after the ball dropping tonight, i've been going to these shows in four years. eternally grateful for all the family i've made on this journey and all the family i hope to make before it's over! we're all on different pages in our lives, but we all manage to find ourselves in a very special place in time together when the inspiration moves us! see you back on the road til the fucking wheels fall off!

taking the shotgun seat for the first time so i can kick back and enjoy the view. we just passed one of my favorite institutions in the great state of oregon, based on the name alone, which is THE VERTICAL CHURCH OF GOD in la pine. choogling up to the gorge last summer, i decided that i desperately wanted to start a lungfish-worship band named as such. if anyone wants to start an email-correspondence band "ESKETIT" as they say on thee internet.

tour check-in: the sights i've seen, sounds i've heard and experiences i've shared have been truly life-defining in every capacity. show four of six tonight. the people i've met on the road have, by and large, been some of the kindest and genuine humans i've known and each and every one of them, like myself, has found something in the music that has changed them. i never imagined as a five year old in birkenstocks and my mom's stealie tee that i would find myself coming full circle and finding a place in both space and time where i feel absolutely at home and comfortable. love and endless gratitude to each and every person in my life. see you all down the road. #gratefuldead #deadandcompanysummertour2018
