I have lived here for about 20 years and today is the very first day. We found a dead chicken on our front lawn sidewalk, which had come out of nowhere so we assembled a dead chicken removal squad or we made dinner reservations for one(John Wick reference) or we Called Mr. Wolf

Do less, be more. We work so hard at everything, our wellness can feel like yet another thing in a list of “to do’s”.
Our breath can change our emotional state, our brain waves, our physical bodies. Just our breath. It’s true. So when I tell you that you can come to this Holotropic “happy hour” and experience a natural altered state of consciousness that heals deep trauma from the very tissue of our bodies, I mean it. One hour of breathwork and color exploration following a deep meditation will leave you feeling serene and centered yet expansive and focused.
Come melt away the stress of your week. Bring an open mind and a curious soul. Signup in the bio! Or in my story! @excitari in Medford !!#holotropic #breathe #breathwork #circularbreathing #somaticexperiencing #somaticrelease

Smiling and laughter healing

Why so serious? Did you know that when you smile, your brain releases tiny molecules called neuropeptides to help fight off stress. Then other neurotransmitters like dopamine, serotonin and endorphins come into play too. The endorphins act as a mild pain reliever and laughter can alter dopamine and serotonin activity. Laughter and smiling are happily accepted as part of the Thai bodywork session :) what are you waiting for to feel good in your body and mind. Call me, I still answer my phone calls in person, and find out more about Thai Medicine healing modalities :) #heal #laughter #smile #winterblues #heat #thaibodywork #thaimassage #thaimedicine

Our intuition is our greatest teacher. We can focus our outward attention on many things, the attainment of knowledge, skills, relationships all hold places of importance. But our greatest asset is the ability to go within, quiet all the external noise and find simple truth, deep knowing intuition. Winter is a time to go within. Rest, recharge and move with mindfulness. Now adding heat for my Thai bodywork clients, with the biomat!!
