14 weeks post ACL and meniscus repair. Tunnel to Towers memorial run. Because 343 FDNY, 37 PAPD, 23 NYPD, and 3 court officers didn’t give a damn about anything but what they knew needed to be done. Because 3 thousand people went to work one morning and never came home. Because thousands of first responders spent weeks sleeping in church pews working around the clock. It wasn’t fast, it wasn’t pretty, but we got it done. VICTORY BELONGS TO THE MOST PERSEVERING.

This simply would not have been possible without the help of @dr.nicholasgiliberti @fightdoctorphysicaltherapy. We’ve come so far, with so much more to go.

Shout-outs to @instastammmm on his black belt debut. Thank you for all those who came out to support the team!

Congrats to all the #TeamSerra athletes who competed this weekend! We see your dedication, heart, and the way you represent the team—on and off the mats. Win or learn, we level up together every time.

A GREAT win for @beethoven_the_grappler Tommy DiGennaro last night at Lou Neglia’s Ring of Combat at the Space in Westbury! Congrats to absolute WARRIORS Nick, Dina and Ann who came up short on some VERY questionable decisions but are 100% winners for stepping into that octagon and the performances they put forth! A WORLD of LOVE and RESPECT for these Serra Longo WARRIORS!! Can’t wait to see Tommy fight for a title in May!!! It was a beautiful tribute to Jack Shapiro who one million percent was there in spirit. #RIP
👊💙🔥💪
Also, super proud of my boy Jake for getting the DUB’ by pin in his last regular season dual match against a tough Deer Park heavyweight! He had a GREAT overall season finishing with a winning record as a sophomore going against many juniors and seniors with 40-50 pounds on him! Now on to leagues this Saturday!!!
