Here’s all my teaching info for the current season! Come take class with me, I’m particularly interested these days in the parts of movements that can’t really be smoothed out, like frappés to the back, grande RDJ en dedans, and yes, THAT PART of a fouetté turn.

After well over 15 years since setting foot in a dance studio- today I did!! Sometimes inspiration and motivation hit so strongly that you just have to do it (thanks to @dr.nicolefein for documenting your ballet class the other day!) it was WONDERFUL and made me feel so present and so happy- I only wish I could also inspire someone today to do something you may have put on the back burner- and do it just for the joy Of it!! Happy weekend 🩰💕 and thank you @instudionbc for the excellent class AND offering adult classes on weekends! If only we didn’t live so far from the studio … 😮‍💨

class for a cause for @nationalballet today ! 🩰🧑🏽‍🩰

together we raised hundreds of dollars for the national ballets YOU dance programme which provides FREE programming to 30,000 youth across canada annually - a program i have had the honour of working on for the past 3 years. (swipe to slide 2 to hear more)

thank you to everyone who came to dance with me - every registrant, the lovely NBOC company dancers who assisted the class, kate, rochelle, nadiya and the entire NBOC team who helped make this event a reality.

dance has the ability to empower and connect people and everyone deserves to experience it without barriers. i feel so honoured to be even a small part of sharing this art form throughout every province and territory in canada 🇨🇦

WHERE TO TAKE CLASS WITH ME THIS SUMMER accompanied by a series of what I believe are real and sincere #balletcore moments, reflective of my life in this profession. Slide 5 is me driving to my friend’s celebration of life when Swan Lake came on the radio and the dancer and audience member and music nerd and person on the way to a memorial for a drag queen came out all at once and I had to express myself but couldn’t decide how

The National Ballet of Canada Summer Intensive has come to an end!!! I can't believe how fast these past 2 weeks have gone! I could not be more blessed to learn under such amazing teachers. So grateful I got to expose myself to new styles like Jazz and Hip Hop. I'm so thankful for the new friendships I've made and being able to work with such talented dancers! Couldn't ask for a better way to spend part of my summer! Thank you @instudionbc and @nationalballet 💝💝
