You can’t change January,
You can’t redo February,

That’s the truth,

Lakini kuanzia sasa, every month is still an opportunity to create your,

And please, don’t give up this early,
Ndo kwanza, Q1 hata haijaisha,

Maybe the first two months didn’t go how you planned,
Maybe you delayed,
Maybe you were inconsistent,
Maybe you doubted yourself,

It’s okay,

But if you keep taking the same actions,
utapata the same results kama miezi miwili iliyopita,

Nothing changes, if nothing changes,

Regardless mambo ni magumu kiasi gani, still you have a chance to make it ukituliza akili, there is always a way, Mwenyezi Mungu hawezi kukupa mtihani ambao sio wa darasa lako,

Just take time to evaluate what you did better and what you can do differently,

This year can still be your most powerful year ever,
Not because it’s easy,
But because you can decide to move differently,

– Be more disciplined
– Be more focused
– Be more aggressive with your actions

Change your execution,
Change your standards,
Change your daily decisions,

December is not magic,
Ni reflection ya what you repeatedly do from now,

Step up,
Move differently,
Execute seriously,

Haikuhitaji kuwa smart sana kujua ni kwa kiasi gani maisha hayana usawa,

Kila siku zinavyozidi kwenda mbele at least usawa unaongezeka, technology ina-clear gape,

inshort mimi na wewe tuna bahati kubwa sana kuwa katika generation hizi,

Sasa hivi macho ya watu wote yamehamia kwenye fursa za online (working online), mfano UK statistics za mwisho ONS (Office for National Statistics) wanasema more than 30% ya wafanyakazi wana -work from home,

Maana yake ni kwamba asilimia kubwa ya fursa zilizopo nje sasa hivi hata ukiwa Bongo unaweza kuzi-access endapo ukiwa na taarifa sahihi & what it takes

Tukija kwenye others skills and professionals zamani kidogo tuu ilikuwa huwezi kuzipata kama upo Africa,

Lakini we we trade the same forex, crypto, stock market, we use the same development and designing softwares, we have access to the same information (ukizitafuta) na vitu vingine vingi ni the same,

Pamoja na hayo yote life standard inatu-favor vibaya mno,

Yani unafanya kitu sawa na mtu yupo ulaya alalfu kwao bars zipo juu sana, yeye kuwa considered as wealth/rich person inabidi afanye vitu 5 to 10times na sisi huku,

Tukiachana na wealth yani ili tu kuishi standard life inabidi aende far & beyond,
