Too many emotions to articulate. But I’ll just say thank you. This place changed my life, in more ways than one. Forever grateful for everything it has always been to me. Big shoutout to all my Tokyo friends old and new, until next time! ありがとう🇯🇵

Taking a moment to reflect on everything we built together in 2025!

We’re incredibly grateful for every volunteer, partner, and supporter who showed up and made this work possible. From local action to wider conversations, this year was powered by community, collaboration, and care for our oceans and environment.

Thank you for being part of the journey and for continuing with us into everything 2026 holds.

That’s a wrap folks! Burpee Challenge 2025 is complete!

100 burpees a day is more than just a challenge to struggle through. It’s a celebration. A celebration of victory over adversity. A tribute to triumph over all the trials and tribulations that life has thrown our way. A daily homage to the all those who paved the way for us to be here today.

May the spirit of the indomitable live in you and work through you this day and everyday. Happy Black History Month!
