Have you ever wondered about your destiny and yearnings? If they could or will ever be holding hands?

Do you truly believe that it is what it is? Or you have to take part in your journey?

I see it as a luminous flame, an unwavering guide, gently illuminating the path as we persistently nurture our intentions with unwavering determination.

Taking time for you to discover where to focus next might feel like uncharted territory, especially if you’re not used to. But guess what? It’s a necessity to embrace YOU.

THYME IS NOW.

Feeling confined, empowered and clear about your journey. Finally the answers will enhance your wellbeing and you feel ready to feel strong and face anything that comes your way.

It’s the pinnacle of my intention-setting journey—a continuous ritual that infuses my aspirations with new energy. Where I embrace the new and cherish my inner strength. But I must stay consistent.

So, let’s dive into the process I’ve honed and embraced over the years—a method that has proven its worth in achieving big, exhilarating, heart-expanding goals.

I describe it as a steady, unshakeable foundation—almost like the comforting rhythm of consistency that, while it may seem uneventful, is the quiet FORCE PROPELLING us forward.

How do you feel about your journey in 2024?

Intentional living is making decisions with a purpose.

We have the realization that making mindful decisions can help us get closer to an improved version of ourselves.

Mindfulness is what keeps us in the present moment and allows us to create intentional decisions that will benefit our future selves.

What can you do, right now, to bring yourself closer to the person that you want to be? It doesn't matter who you were 10 years ago nor does it matter the one 10 seconds ago. Every moment is an opportunity to decide and choose again. Every single chance you get, and you get it a lot, you can move forward in a new direction.

The world is yours. Nothing in your world exists without your permission and no matter what happens your view of the world is yours and yours alone.

Take the time to ask yourself this question and many more, come back to who you are as often as you can.

• HANDY AS - are you currently using burp cloths with your bub, or have they outgrown the need?

these little cloths have more than one use, they are so helpful for wiping up spills, a tea towel for the play kitchen, a blanket for dolly, bath time wash cloth or even a compact towel for day trips in the car or the nappy bag.

and of course they make a super cute addition to a baby shower gift 💝

keen to know - should these make a come back on the website? •

Intentions
⁣
An amazing thing happens when you get honest with yourself and start doing what you love, what makes you happy. You stop wishing for the weekend. You stop merely looking forward to special events. You begin to live in each moment and you start feeling like a human being. You just ride the wave that is life, with this feeling of contentment and joy. You move fluidly, steadily, calm and grateful. A veil is lifted, and a whole new perspective is born.

The art of Intentional eating•
How can you use every bit of the produce you buy in a mindful way? How can you give it intention?
These are the questions I ask myself while gathering food to nourish not only my body but my soul. Practicing this mindset ensures that I will get the most out of what I choose to take away from the earth and put in my body.

"Common doesn't mean normal"
_
You are supposed to feel good more than you feel like crap. You are supposed to have energy and vitality. You are supposed to heal!
_
And you CANNOT let other people’s words get to your head. Anyone who tells you, “you’re getting older”, tune that out!
_
What we are doing isn’t working. Waiting for stuff to strike us and then come in with drugs to patchwork the problem.
_
Lifestyle, behaviour, and habits – these are IMPORTANT. You CANNOT get well in the same environment you become ill in (as discussed in a previous post). –
Try not to count on medication to bring you out of a bad environment. It's gotta be on you. After all it's your body. Who cares more about it than you??
_
Interestingly, the key to changing is to do uncommon things!! A few things you can try:
_
1. Play in nature
2. Eat organic
3. Work less
4. Meditation
5. Grounding
6. Detoxification
7. Moving more
8. Fasting
9. Limit EMFs
10. Less phone time
_
See you down the uncommon road❤️

My 2020 resolutions were to be intentional & to be fearless. Well 2020 has been a year of unexpected & given me plenty of opportunities to challenge these intentions. New jobs, new viruses. New growth, new chapters. /
I’ve always struggled with letting things go & letting things be. Some say I’m hyperextending myself, but I honestly just care too much to sit idly by and watch things go up in flames. I care about seeing the growth of myself and those around me. /
The past few months have been challenging in ways I never expected. But at the end of the day, I’m proud that I’ve been intentional with my energy & actions. I’ve been fearless, stuck up for myself, and let go of things that deeply matter to me but were draining my energy and spirit. /
9 months left of 2020, looking forward more opportunities to be fearless & intentional...just hoping it’s not another #pandemic
