9 months into this Pilates journey 🤍 loving every minute, still working on engaging my core and lats, while getting my shoulders to relax!
Extremely grateful to @amyykenyon and the @thepilatesstudiolewiston for getting me hooked — now I try new studios every time I travel.

Body by Pilates‼️

In the yoga vs pilates debate, I am definitely a Pilates girl! Reformer Pilates to be specific! It longates your muscles, tones, tightens and is easy on your joints. If you haven't tried it, I highly recommend you do! You will thank me later!

I found the BEST studio in Ft Lauderdale @intentionspilates They offer reformer group and private classes as well as having a hot room for hot mat classes! It's a "pink paradise!" Come check them out & tell them Peggy sent you for a special offer!

I’m grateful for my health, for the opportunity to care for my patients, and for the privilege of doing what I love every single day.

Even on the busiest days, gratitude keeps me grounded. 🙏✨

What is one thing you’re grateful for today?

There’s something so special about watching a room go from empty to completely full. 🤍

Nobody tells you that becoming a Pilates instructor is so much more than memorizing exercises. It’s learning how to connect with people, hold space for different energies, adapt on the spot, and keep showing up even on the days you doubt yourself.

Some classes will eat… some classes will humble you. Some clients become family. Some days you leave exhausted wondering if you’re improving at all. But consistency really is everything.

Doubt slowly fades away.
a client tells you they feel stronger because of you, and suddenly every uncomfortable part of the journey feels worth it.
