🏆SR. GIRLS — THE BEST STEPPED UP ON THE BIG STAGE 🏆

The Senior Girls division at the Jane & Finch Classic brought talent, toughness and high-level basketball. When the competition got serious, these five stood out and earned their place among the Classic’s best.

⭐ Brooklynn Garraway #21 — Sisters Keeper — All-Star
⭐ Astrid Muhoungo #12 — Sisters Keeper — All-Star
🏆 Alicia Money #00 — Inter City Saints — MVP
⭐ Jayde Baldwin #4 — Inter City Saints — All-Star
⭐ Danaiyah Hamilton #3 — Inter City Saints — All-Star

Five standouts. Two programs. One stage.

This is why the Jane & Finch Classic is THE PLACE TO BE. The talent comes, the competition comes, and when it’s all over, the players who separate themselves get remembered.

The girls showed OUT. Canadian girls basketball is in great hands.

What a week for Akeila Bailey! First she wins gold 🥇with Team Ontario (@obabball) at the @canadabasketball 🇨🇦🏀 U17 Girls Nationals.

Then she travels back to Toronto to help @intercitysaints_ win the senior girls division championship at the 48th annual @janefinchclassic. 🏆

She makes the go ahead bucket and secures the crucial defensive rebound to seal the two point win over Sisters Keeper.

Look for big things from her this upcoming season at @royalcrownbasketball.

🏀💯 INTERCITY SAINTS CONFIRMED!

The 48th Annual Jane & Finch Classic is proud to welcome back InterCity Saints, a program that continues to establish itself as one of the fastest-rising organizations in Canadian basketball.

Built on a foundation of excellence, discipline, and player development, the Saints have earned a reputation for preparing student-athletes to compete at the highest level. Their commitment to developing complete players, both on and off the court, has made them one of the most respected programs in the country. Championship banners, medals, and winning seasons are part of their story, but what truly separates InterCity Saints is the culture they've built and the standard they refuse to compromise.

A special salute goes to Coach Vee, one of the most respected leaders in girls' basketball today. Her passion, basketball knowledge, and unwavering commitment to her athletes have made a tremendous impact throughout the community. Whether she's leading the InterCity Saints, developing players with Tall Pines, or mentoring athletes through Sisters Keeper and other elite programs, Coach Vee continues to inspire the next generation with excellence, professionalism, and heart.

Great coaches don't just build winning teams, they build confident young leaders. Coach Vee has become a role model to countless young athletes, proving that leadership is about empowering others, creating opportunities, and helping every player reach their full potential. Her influence is being felt across Canadian basketball, and the respect she has earned is well deserved.

The Jane & Finch Classic has always celebrated programs that raise the level of competition, and InterCity Saints does exactly that every time they step on the floor. They bring championship expectations, relentless effort, and a team-first mentality that makes every game must-watch basketball.

Welcome back to the Jane & Finch Classic. One of Canada's premier programs is ready to compete once again, and we can't wait to watch the Saints take the floor.
