Great events are a team effort.

When communication is spot-on and all teams work hand in hand, everything behind the scenes just clicks. That’s how we make magic happen.

We hands down would stay here time and time again 💛

Our stay at the @intercontinental_berlin was 5* ⭐️

Check in was smooth & the receptionists were soooo lovely 🥰

The room was so elegant (I even loved the carpet and wallpaper so much that I took a photo for inspiration - quality was such a high standard) @officialbyredo soaps and shower treats, hello! 🚿- bathtub perfect for soaking 🛀 🫧 with the comfiest bed and bedding ☁️

The spa… wow, we could even order a glass of champagne at the pool bar… 🧖🏼‍♀️ 🧖 finally, enough loungers for all guests!

…I’ve kept the hotel bar for a seperate post as that was a stunning experience in Itself!

The grand foyer was gorgeous and location next to the Kudamm was perfect! 👌🏼 😍

All on point ! No wonder they’ve won world’s best awards… 🥇

Thank you @intercontinental_berlin we can’t wait to return !

✨ From preparation to the final plate… a dessert created for a dinner menu for 25 guests!

While preparing the dinner menu, I wanted the dessert to be more than just the final course. I wanted it to be a memorable combination of flavors, textures, and elegant presentation.

I started with a silky mango mousse, paired with refreshing mango ice cream and passion fruit gel for a beautiful balance of sweetness and acidity.

I also added mango compote with passion fruit, bringing a fruity texture and an extra layer of tropical flavor to the dessert. 🥭

To create a contrast in textures, I used vanilla crumble, adding a delicate crunch alongside the smooth mousse and ice cream.

Finally, white and dark chocolate decorations brought all the elements together with an elega

Berlin photo dump 🇩🇪 I came for a marathon but luckily squeezed so much of everything else.

A ton of running, yeah, but also so much walking, good food, and history. This city impressed me so much more then I thought it would 😍 Marathon training
