Some mornings you don’t need a to-do list — you need a room full of women who get it. ✨ Spent this morning with other East Valley women entrepreneurs at @connect.belong.az and left reminded of something I don’t do nearly enough: grounding in who I am and choosing how I show up - for both my business and my family. It’s easy to pour into everyone else and forget to check in with yourself. This was my reminder to slow down, breathe, and find the calm in the chaos — because burnout doesn’t ask permission, but neither does peace. To the women struggling to find the calm when juggling 47 other things on your to-do list: you’re doing better than you think, and I’m right there in the thick of it with ya. 🫶🏼 Thanks @evolve_with_jessi for the inspo! Thank you to my amazing sister-in-law Mia @interior_style_designco for the invitation to this special group. You inspire me more than you know. 💕

Hi, I’m Melia! 🤍 Welcome to my little corner of Instagram. I'm a wife, homeowner, fashion lover, plant collector, proud corgi owner, and of course, a home decor enthusiast. By day, I'm the Business Manager at Interior Style Design Co., where I have the privilege of working alongside Mia Bates, our Founder, CEO, and Principal Designer. While Mia leads the creative vision behind each project, I help manage the behind-the-scenes details that keep everything running smoothly. I've always loved organization, planning, and creating systems that help people feel supported. Whether I'm coordinating project details, communicating with clients, or solving problems, I enjoy being the person who brings order to the chaos. As a first-time homeowner in Utah County, I understand how personal a home can be. It's more than finishes, furniture, and floor plans. It is where life happens. That is one of the reasons I love being part of this industry and helping our clients create homes they'll love for years to come. Here, you'll find a mix of luxury design projects, behind-the-scenes moments, business life, beautiful homes, and a few glimpses into my everyday life along the way. While our firm is proudly based in Arizona, we're excited to be expanding into new locations, including Utah, through our travel design services. If you're planning a custom build, renovation, or furnishing project, I'd love to connect. Send me a message or visit the link in my bio to learn more. I'm so glad you're here. 🫶🏼 Melia
