5 years. Over 10 cities. Over 80 events. One incredible wellness community. 💫

For 5 years, we've brought wellness professionals and enthusiasts together throughout South Florida and across the country, to find their people, form partnerships, and win new clients. 🤝

And this is just the beginning. 🌴

Everything we're doing right now, is building toward @internationalwellnessweek , March 2027, already one of the most culturally diverse wellness events in the world. 🌎✨

Thank you to everyone who has shown up, connected, and made this community what it is. Here's to the next 5 and beyond! 🥂

God really likes to play in my face. 😂

Last night at our Miami Holistic Networking Experience, 4 women from Switzerland, Germany and Austria walked in, all separately, all searching for like-minded wellness people while in town for a conference. Ours popped up. 🌍

It was also the first event where we raffled a few International Wellness Week tickets, and now they're talking about joining us in March 2027! Between them and the ladies I just met from the Netherlands, God is confirming that IWW will bring the world together to heal even more people. 💚

Thank you @simone.spahmann , @kathislife._ , and our other lovely international travelers! 🙏

Shout out to @larissamacko who did an amazing job bringing us all together and @lovelife.cafe for hosting us and the amazing food! 💕

This time last year, we had just wrapped up one of the biggest productions in Holistic Business Network’s journey: South Florida Wellness Week. 🙌🏽✨

The energy. The people. The conversations. The connections. It was groundbreaking.

Wellness business owners saw what was possible when they came together to partner, collaborate, and support one another. For me, that week brought to life everything I had spent the previous four years building—a community where wellness professionals could feel seen, learn, grow, and create opportunities together. 💚

Now, we’re getting ready to bring that energy to an even bigger stage. 🌎

International Wellness Week™ is coming March 8–13, 2027, and we’re pulling out all the stops! More connections, more experiences, and more opportunities to bring the world’s wellness community together.

We’ve been building the community. Now, we’re preparing to bring the world into the room.

Stay tuned for speaker announcements, ticket releases, and all that’s coming for an unforgettable week of wellness! ✨

How my morning started... Pitching the City of Miami on @InternationalWellnessWeek ... and the pitch ended before I did. 😂

International Wellness Week is bringing attention, visitors, and connection to every city that takes part, and Miami deserves a seat at that table!🌴

Jokes aside, they did immediately jump back on, and things are looking hopeful. 🙏🏾

Tag a city that should join us!

One year ago today, South Florida Wellness Week kicked off its very first day. 🌴

Six months from today, International Wellness Week will kick off its first day, March 8th 2027. 🌎

I don't call that a coincidence. I call it alignment. ✨

I've spent the past 6 months heads down building the foundation, and now I'm bringing you inside. This is the Watch Me Build International Wellness Week series: the behind-the-scenes, the lessons, and the people making it happen, shared as we grow.

The heart behind it all is to bring platforms where the best kept business professionals in wellness can be seen, heard, and in turn paid!

Follow along, its gonna be a fun and wild ride.

I thought I was answering the last question of the conference. Looking back, I believe God was giving me a glimpse of what was coming. 🙌🏽

What a difference a year makes!
October 8–11th, 2025, I co-created and co-produced South Florida Wellness Week. At the very end of our conference, I was asked where I saw South Florida Wellness Week going next.

My instant answer? Take it global. 🌏

I had no idea how those words would unfold. Five months later, God downloaded in me, a global initiative. Now, I’m producing International Wellness Week™, coming March 8–13th, 2027!

I just found this footage, and I am FLOORED. I didn't even remember saying this. Watching myself speak about a vision that is now coming to life… only God. ✨

It feels like the heavens have opened. The opportunities, partnerships, incredible speakers, and wellness activations coming together are beyond what I could have imagined. Half the work is already done, but there is still so much work ahead!

It started by bringing South Florida together. Now, I'm preparing to bring the world into the room. 🌎

Follow @internationalwellnessweek , as I build what comes next. 💚

August went by as fast as my dip in the cold plunge 🥶 (and I dipped for like… two seconds).

This month I celebrated turning 50 with so many people I love, and honestly, the ripple effects of that birthday are still hitting me. 50 feels good.

Meanwhile, @theholisticbusinessnetwork , my wellness community, kept growing right alongside me with our 90-day run for the Founding 1000 initiative which brought incredible new energy and members into the community. I'm so proud of what we're building together.

But what's got me most excited is what's coming: @internationalwellnessweek . Because wellness has no borders. Stay tuned, because the world is about to come together around it. 🌍✨

I don't just organize events. I specialize in activating rooms and creating connections. 🔥

There’s a difference.

At HBN, networking was never meant to be standing around a room, holding a drink, exchanging business cards and hoping you meet the right person.

We create experiences that get people CONNECTING.

Sometimes that looks like Holistic Matchmaking & Speed Networking.
Sometimes it's Wellness Experiences & Education.
And apparently now… we have the Holistic Networking Tunnel. 😂🙌🏽

These are becoming more than fun moments. They’re becoming signature HBN experiences—intentional ways of breaking down walls, getting people out of their comfort zones, and turning a room full of strangers into a community.

And as I move into September, my focus is shifting toward building something much bigger: International Wellness Week 2027. 🌎

Everything I've learned from 15 years of bringing the wellness community together is coming with us.

More rooms to activate.
More people to connect.
More collaborations to spark.
And a much bigger stage.

I've been building the community.

Now we're getting ready to bring the world into the room.

Behind the scenes on a Miami megayacht, watching Miss USA prep unfold, with our Miami City Director @larissamacko by my side.

🛥️ It's a beautiful reminder of what the Holistic Business Network is building, chapters in major cities across the US bringing amazing events to wellness professionals everywhere. Every platform I build, every event I create, is about making sure you get the visibility you deserve.

And we're just getting started — major things are coming in the months ahead. Now is the time to join a movement to elevate wellness around the world. 🌍

Thank you @ldupond for the amazing tour! 💚

It's Getting Hot Dis Year, What They Gonna Do To Hold Me. Not Even Water Can Cool Me! 🤣🤣

What the enemy meant to destroy me, only fueled me. Grateful for the experiences that brought me to my knees, cause God knew I would come out stronger on the other side. 🙏🏾
