Most agency owners know AI could help. They just don’t know where to start.

So ask the model itself. Record your screen for a day, upload the video, and ask “what should I not be doing anymore? How could AI help here?” Half the answers will be things you forgot you were even doing. The rest are opportunities AI is ready to take off your plate, right down to clicking through some carrier’s ancient portal to pull a quote.

Insurance runs on the least modern tooling on earth, and the AI models can finally reach into it. So when you’re stuck on how automation could help you, stop guessing. Ask the thing. 🤯

6 years ago we started a podcast and boldly predicted that in the future, org charts would be comprised of humans and AI agents. We were so excited about that future that we got been busy building Mav and forgot to make another episode 😂. Oops.

🗣️ You can still be a relationship agency if you’re buying leads.

They’re still your leads, even if AI’s working them first, they’re still yours. You still have to talk to them, manage the relationship, close the deal, and treat them like the same clients you met at a soccer game.

If anything, the fact that you are messaging them quickly, getting back to them super quickly, is going to make them even happier than people you met face to face and took 3 days to reach out to.

ChatGPT trained consumers to expect instant value. They want you to know who they are and what they want before you ask anything.

So if you’re making them repeat their name, their zip code, their vehicle type just to get a quote, they’re already gone.
