Serene Sliver Villas is an example of turning constraint into a concept. How, you would ask?

Here's what happened-
When we came across this project, the site challenged us to fulfill the requirement of six villas on an irregular plot which narrows down to twenty feet wide at one point. Intended as a boutique holiday township compelled us to ensure a comfortable and luxurious stay.

Challenge was turned into a concept where we planned the villas with open to sky pool, private courtyards and open internal layout for common spaces. This allowed plenty of natural light and greens into the interiors.

Natural light is a luxury adorned by designers.

Take a look into the villa and we shall tell more about the design via upcoming posts.

Having fun with our Bespoke Design – It’s our space, after all!
One of the best things about bespoke design is that it allows us to customize every detail. It is about being creative and thinking beyond traditional norms. We love experimenting with unusual colors, textures & materials and use trends as inspiration!
Sometimes, less is more and hence, we stick to a few key pieces and focus on creating a cohesive look.

‘AKS’ - An urdu word which means reflection, is a small private art gallery owned by an art collector.
Diffused lighting, spatial distribution and natural light flooding from the windows – the aspects contributed to an effective display of art when designing this gallery. The combination of these features express a dialogue between art and architecture. It is designed to create an interior that is an impressive space for displaying art keeping the simplicity and efficiency in mind.
