Back at NextHealth today and we did the whole lineup — detox IV drip, a massage, and our first ever cryotherapy session 🥶 2.5 minutes in that chamber and I genuinely felt like I was going to space. Gabe looked way too comfortable through all of it. 10/10 self-care day. Who’s tried cryo?

We came for coffee. 😂 That was literally the plan.

After school drop-off, Gabe and I had a little window of time together, so we grabbed it. One thing we’ve gotten really intentional about is using whatever time we can find to still date each other — even if it’s just coffee on a random morning.

Somehow, coffee turned into us stumbling across Next Health… which turned into the Ammortal Chamber, red light therapy, a shot in my 🍑 😂 and an entire wellness experience we absolutely did NOT have on the calendar.

But my favorite part?

Gabe is so invested in our health and longevity. This man did not ask how much ONE thing cost. 😭 He just paid for today AND booked the next visit like, “Yeah, we’re doing this.”

There’s something really special about having a partner who doesn’t just want to grow old with you — he wants us to feel GOOD while we’re doing it. 🥹🤎

Anyway… we went out for coffee. 😂

After school drop-off, Gabe and I had a little window before the rest of the day started, so we grabbed it. We’ve gotten really intentional about using whatever pockets of time we can find to still date each other — even if it’s just coffee on a random morning.

Then we stumbled into the new @nh.bostonchestnuthill in Chestnut Hill and apparently our coffee date became a wellness date. 😂

Next thing I know, we’re trying the Ammortal Chamber — red + near-infrared light, PEMF, hydrogen, vibration and meditation — and I’m getting a Lean B shot in my 🍑. Because obviously. 😂

One thing about Gabe: he is ALL IN when it comes to us taking care of ourselves. If there’s something that could help us feel better, recover better, or prioritize our health together, he’s usually the first one saying, “Let’s try it.”

And now we’re already planning our next visit. 👀

There’s something really special about having a partner who doesn’t just want to grow old with you — but wants you both to feel GOOD while you’re doing it. 🤎

Moral of the story: take the random coffee date. You never know where you’ll end up. 😂

At this age, I’m no longer interested in explaining how to support me.

Support comes in different forms, and everyone has the right to give as much or as little as they choose.

But genuine support shouldn’t feel like an assignment.

I’m learning to appreciate people for who they are, recognize relationships for what they are, and invest my energy accordingly.

No resentment. Just discernment.

Intentional August | Weekend 1 ✨

Before we head to the Dominican Republic later this month, we’re making every weekend count.

This weekend’s focus: wellness.

We signed up for a Porsche × Pilates event, challenged ourselves, recovered with a cold plunge… and quickly realized we were heavily outnumbered. 😂

It’s easy to wait for the big vacation to reconnect, but we’re trying to make the weekends leading up to it just as meaningful.
