Friday the 13th always feels like a lucky day to me. ✨

Started the morning at CreativeMornings Los Angeles with coffee, community, and a beautiful talk inspired by this month’s global theme: Local.

The speaker shared her journey moving from France to LA and realizing something powerful — sometimes “local” isn’t where you were born.

It’s where you feel most at home in yourself.

As someone who grew up between Taiwan and California, that idea really stayed with me. Community, creativity, and the people around us are what make a place feel like home.

Grateful for spaces that bring artists, entrepreneurs, and curious minds together.

The relaunch of the LA Chapter of @creativemorning was EVERYTHING.

Words fail to capture the essence of so much warmth and spirit and inspiration and supportive creativity and love in one space. You all did not let the rain or the traffic stop you from getting your coffee and smiles and hugs and donuts and inspiration on.

The mesmerizing offerings of @cyberyoga and @djwenluv , plus time for snacks and mingling, was nourishment and connection for body and soul. What was this Friday and what’s still to come for the LA Chapter of CreativeMornings @losangeles_cm are truly a dream come true.

The CreativeMornings breakfast event was truly powerful and inspiring. I had the honor of sharing the origin story of CYBERYOGA — how it was born from my own journey through depression, pain, and trauma, and transformed into a path of forgiveness, healing, and divine purpose.

I spoke about how movement with intention becomes medicine — how sacred geometry, breath, and disciplined practice can shift us from survival into expansion. And the room felt it. The energy, the presence, the connection… it was real.

The audience’s feedback moved me deeply. Hearing how my story resonated, how CYBERYOGA inspired them to reconnect with their inner child, their creativity, and their healing, left me inspired and motivated.

Huge gratitude to Tina @inthecloudsevents, Dawn @relationshipcoachdawn, Jen @jenmoneycoach, and the entire team for creating a beautiful space for community and transformation.
And thank you @djwenluv for opening the experience with powerful sound healing.

A special thank you to @wearemica for hosting this amazing event at Mica Studios in downtown Los Angeles — the perfect environment for creativity, connection, and inspiration.
