Meet the woman leading our VIP Journaling Experience at Ten Thousand, Kariatu.

Kariatu is a Clinical Mental Health Professional and the founder of @the.kozekorner and @inthekards.co , spaces she created to help people slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves through intentional conversation and self-discovery.

As an NCAT alumna, @kariatu.j has dedicated her work to supporting the emotional and mental wellbeing of our community, especially young men and women navigating life, identity, and purpose.

Through Kommunity, Konversations, and her Klique, she continues to create spaces where people feel seen, heard, and supported. At Ten Thousand, Kariatu will be guiding a VIP journaling workshop designed to help attendees pause, reflect, and explore the question at the heart of this year’s summit:

What’s in your hands?

This experience will give guests the opportunity to slow down, process their thoughts, and leave with deeper clarity about the gifts, ideas, and purpose they carry.
