Nature moves in an endless cycle between light and darkness, hope and despair. The sun rises over the horizon, and life begins to flow, yet in the distance, something always remains hidden between dream and reality. At times, nature offers false promises, calling us toward the horizon only to lead us to a mirage. Every ending is the beginning of something new, and from the heart of darkness, light is born once again.

Ikebana Installation for Silver Orb
Curated by Ashkan Zahraei
Plus2 Gallery

In these botanical forms, branches, leaves, grasses, and flowers become vessels for invisible movements, responding to rhythms that are present yet unseen. Accompanied by an audiovisual installation by Arshia Lahiji and Arya Sattari (‪‪‪@theworldofarshia‪@_avoidproject‬‪@inuredagamic‬amic‬amic‬amic ), the works explore states of drift, erosion, and persistence.
Rather than representing nature as a fixed image, the installations suggest a landscape in motion, where organic matter carries traces of weather, memory, and time.

A Thousand Motifs
A thousand paths hidden within the knots.

This piece is part of the audio project for the exhibition A Thousand Motifs.
It is a place where sound emerged as an independent identity in dialogue with a work of art an attempt to encounter it through listening rather than only through seeing.
Years of time are woven into the warp and weft of this carpet, and for me, this work finds meaning through a family journey,a path along which motifs are not merely images, but fragments of an entire world.
For me, this carpet is not simply an image. It is one of thousands of motifs that are not only seen, but also heard.
Special thanks @4hertzz

Music in One Thousand Motifs is the hidden voice of the carpet. an echo of the order woven into its threads, finding meaning within silence.

Each knot carries a rhythm, and every motif holds a silent melody, waiting to be heard.

Here, sound does not emerge from outside,
but rises from within the weave itself.
Repetition, pause, and the flow of time are intertwined with the same delicacy that lives in every handwoven pattern.

This music is an attempt to translate the visual world into sound, a bridge between eye and ear, between movement and meaning, between the carpet and the human soul.
