Is it too late to make a change? That was what I asked myself back in 2021. 😔

Change is scary, but sometimes, all you need is the right environment to grow. ✨#realtalk

Last month, I ended my post with:
“And I believe this is only the beginning.” 🔥

I didn’t expect the next chapter to come this quickly.

August 2026:
We crossed $1M FYC in a single month for the first time as a team. $1.03M FYC to be exact.

September 2026:
We went further.

Record $1.23M FYC.
Record $5.25M FYP.
In just one month. ❤️

What took us almost 10 years to achieve again…
took us just one month to surpass.

But the numbers are not what I’m most proud of.

I’m proud that after reaching a milestone in August, we didn’t become comfortable.

We didn’t treat it as the finish line.
We treated it as proof of what was possible.

And then the team raised the bar again.

Last month was a reminder of how far we had come.
This month is a glimpse of how much further we can go.

To everyone who contributed, whether your number was big or small, this record belongs to all of us.

Thank you for continuing to believe, push and build together. ❤️

August showed us we could do it.
September showed us we could do even better.

And perhaps what I wrote last month was right after all…

This is only the beginning. 🔥

Not your usual 9-to-5. 💼

If you’ve ever felt you could be helping more people than your current job allows, this could be your next step.

It takes hard work, discipline, and determination. It’s not for everyone, but if you’re ready to put in the effort, the impact is worth it.

Your parents give you your starting point, but your life partner decides the rest of your life. A good spouse shapes everything—your peace of mind, your financial judgment, your ambition, and your legacy. Get it wrong, and it drains you. Get it right, and it compounds.

It’s not about finding someone who loves the successful version of you; it’s about finding someone who believes in you before you even make it. That’s the person who truly determines how far you’ll go.

One thng at a time.

You might know me as an FA, a leader, a father, or an athlete.
But this isn’t that version of me.
‘The Thng Is…’ talks about raw opinions, real feelings, and the side you don’t usually see.
The lessons learned the hard way. The moments that changed everything. The things I used to believe — that life quietly proved wrong.

More than $1M First Year Commission(FYC) in a single month (August 2026) A new record for us. ❤️

The first time I crossed $1M FYC was on December 2016.
Back then, it came from my own personal production.

3,560 days later — 9 years and 9 months — we have finally done it again.

But this time, it means so much more to me.

Because we did it as a TEAM.

There’s a Chinese saying:

台上一分钟，台下十年功。
One minute on stage takes ten years of work behind the scenes.

People will see the $1M.

But only we know what these 3,560 days took — the setbacks, sacrifices, lessons, people who came and went, and the countless times we chose to keep going.

Today is our 台上一分钟.
The last 9 years and 9 months were our 台下十年功.

Thank you for believing, persevering and building this together.

This $1M belongs to all of us in @inzyberlinda & @inzykenneth ❤️

And I believe this is only the beginning. 🔥

Everyone remembers the leader
when they need something.

But who remembers the leader
when they need nothing?

Leadership isn’t measured by how important you feel.
It’s measured by how important you make the people who trust you feel.

MDRT, COT and TOT will always be meaningful milestones worth celebrating.

But I believe everybody enters this career with different goals.

Some want to reach the highest levels of production.
Some want financial stability.
Some want flexibility, leadership opportunities or simply to build a sustainable career they can be proud of.

As leaders, our responsibility is not to impose one definition of success on everyone.

Our responsibility is to build a sustainable platform, provide the right guidance and create opportunities for people to achieve the goals that matter to them.

Awards recognise achievement.

But the real measure of success is whether the people who trusted your platform became better because of it.
