🇪🇺 ALL4JOBS Transnational Training Mobility in Cyprus! 🇨🇾

From 22–24 October, the ALL4JOBS partnership came together in Cyprus for our Transnational Training Mobility, bringing youth workers together to exchange knowledge, strengthen cooperation and explore innovative approaches for supporting the employability and inclusion of disadvantaged young people and young people with disabilities.

Over three inspiring days, participants had the opportunity to exchange knowledge 💡, share experiences 🗣️, strengthen cooperation 🤝 and explore innovative approaches 🚀 for supporting the employability and inclusion of disadvantaged young people and young people with disabilities. ♿💼

The mobility also provided an opportunity to explore the project’s innovative approaches and tools, including digital technologies 💻 and VR simulations 🥽, designed to support skills development, employability and more inclusive youth work.

A big thank you to @ioannoufoundation for hosting us and for the warm welcome and excellent organisation! 💙

We would also like to thank all @all__4__jobs partners and participants for their active involvement, valuable contributions and continued commitment to making employment opportunities more inclusive and accessible for everyone.

Together, we continue working towards a future where every young person has the opportunity to develop their skills, access employment and reach their full potential. 🌍🤝

🎯Technology is growing fast, and that's opening doors for neurodivergent, marginalised and intellectually challenged artists - New tools, new audiences, easier ways to create and share work have become available.

But growth does not automatically help everyone. If it is not done with care, the same people it should support can get left behind.

🎉That is why ArtisticMinds exists. In the next posts, we will show where creative technology still falls short, hard-to-use platforms, unclear algorithms, and tools built without the people they are meant to serve.

And we will show how we are trying to respond to those challenges within our project's outputs.

During the Transnational Circulation of Experts activity of @artisticminds_eu, partners had the opportunity to explore the cities of Nicosia and Larnaka while exchanging experiences and good practices on cultural innovation and inclusion.

One of the highlights of the programme was the visit to the Leventis Municipal Museum of Nicosia, where participants learned about the city's rich history and reflected on the role museums and cultural institutions can play in promoting accessibility, participation and lifelong learning.

These study visits offered valuable inspiration and fostered meaningful discussions among partners from different European countries, reinforcing the importance of cooperation and knowledge sharing in building more inclusive cultural experiences.

✨ Through Artistic Minds, we continue connecting culture, creativity and digital innovation to make heritage and the arts more engaging and accessible for everyone.

Special thanks to @emphasyscentre, @ioannoufoundation and all project partners for these enriching days and for making European collaboration possible.
