What an honor it was to interview THE Peaches Christ. From an onstage moment, to a friendship, to this incredible conversation. Steaming now!

Since then, I’ve been to Nellie’s and moved to Baltimore… I still can’t say the musicians were up to post mixer mischief 🙈.

It is my honor and joy to share with you all this week’s guest, the one and only Peaches Christ! I have had the opportunity to share the stage with Peaches for the last three summers at the International Pride Orchestra concerts. Be sure to tune in on Friday for an INCREDIBLE conversation!

@iprideorchestra 2026 🌈💖 It was an absolute honor to be in the presence of so many other queer musicians, allies, and community members to kick off my Pride month. Thank you @mroest & the IPO team for creating such a beautiful space to create music, let loose, heal, and subvert the typical orchestral experience in thee most glorious, badass way possible — beyond grateful.

With the completion of Pride Month coming up, we want to throwback to last year when our very own Rizwan Jagani and Jim Kelly took to the stage in the International Pride Orchestra. As part of World Pride 2025, the orchestra performed at the Strathmore Music Hall and was a beautiful celebration!
This year, IPO held its concert in Houston, TX and Rizwan represented the DC area in the group!
