International photography Day

Shooting has given me the opportunity to pause and observe the world more than most people usually do. It has taught me patience and acceptance when the shot isn’t what I had in mind.
Photography has surprised me, made me laugh, made me cry and helped me to reflect more deeply on the world and my place within it.
I have learnt a lot through photography, and from others who have helped me with my journey.
I owe a lot to photography, and to the people who’ve guided me.
I’m also skint as a result of it all, so if you could buy a print or two or get me a coffee when I see you that would be grand.
