Awesome workout with my parents who are 84 and 80. My baby making those abs hard as a rock too.

Sometimes I look at people and imagine how their parents must have seen them.

Not your wins.
Not your wounds.
Not your achievements or your falls.
Not your age.
Not your missteps.

Just how precious you are, exactly as you are.

How someone once looked at your sleeping baby face, touched your tender skin, held you against their chest when you cried, and smiled at every new word you learned.

Your life itself is a miracle.

No matter who you are, you are loved.
You are loved with tenderness, admiration, and care.

You are precious.
You are valuable.

Do you see it?

Look.

It’s there. ❤️

Apparently adulthood means paying bills all day and then getting into a car to absolutely butcher the songs you loved as a teenager. Zero regrets.

No swords.
No horses.
No royal mission.

Just four friends, a trail, and enough laughs to make it feel legendary.

…все говорят о подругах детства, но мало кто говорит о тех, кто внезапно ворвался в твою жизнь в осознанном возрасте и стал безумно дорог...🤍🤍🤍🤍

Excellent show last night at the @gardenampoc
Thanks to @carintotiknight for making it happen. Thanks to @socaldamageinc for having us as direct support.
The venue was packed and it was the first time we had to stop a song in the middle so that someone could help medical attention at the pit.
Thanks to my baby girl @irachuico88 for the support and the video.

Flashback to a few years ago.
So grateful for that chapter of my life — being part of an extraordinary theatre troupe that felt like family. The laughter during rehearsals, the stomach-wrecking fun, the adrenaline before stepping on stage… walking hand in hand with friends who shared the same passion… and the pure joy of moving people’s hearts.

Thank you, Eva, for the opportunity to meet my childhood legend, a member of rock band Krematorij, and even share the stage with him.

We played a show two weeks ago in LA that went from the most boring show to the craziest pit. The place was packed and Raining Blood made these guys erupt into a wild herd.

Thanks to @irachuico88 for the 🎥
