Setelah kehilangan orang yang dekat sama lo, apa yang paling lo sadari?

Gw: Bahwa ternyata hidup di dunia ini cuma sementara. Kita datang tanpa membawa apa-apa, dan pada akhirnya kita juga pergi tanpa bisa membawa apa pun.

Yang pergi mungkin tubuhnya, tapi soul-nya nggak pernah benar-benar hilang. Body kita cuma seperti “casing” yang kita pakai sementara di dunia ini. Yang jauh lebih kekal justru apa yang kita tinggalkan di hati orang lain.

Legacy kita bukan cuma tentang apa yang kita capai, tapi tentang bagaimana kita pernah hadir dalam hidup seseorang. Tentang tawa yang pernah kita bagi, kasih yang pernah kita kasih, cerita yang pernah kita ciptakan, dan memori yang tetap hidup bahkan setelah kita nggak lagi ada.

Mungkin pada akhirnya, hidup bukan tentang seberapa lama kita tinggal di dunia, tapi tentang seberapa dalam keberadaan kita meninggalkan jejak di hati orang-orang yang kita cintai.

Karena manusia mungkin bisa pergi dari dunia, tapi cinta, cerita, dan kenangan tentangnya bisa tetap hidup jauh setelah kepergiannya.

33 🌹

A few weeks ago, I celebrated my 33rd birthday.

It has been an incredible ride since then filled with so much beauty & joy.

↠ sharing music with two bands at Bali Spirit Festival
↠ creating & supporting a dozen ceremonies
↠ guiding an intimate 1-month long Devi immersion
↠ co-facilitating a 5-day Sacred Space Creation training
↠ recording songs in the studio
↠ co-organizing a fundraiser for underprivileged families in Bali
↠ sharing Balinese culture in immersions
↠ deepening my connections with the people I love.

Along the highlights, there have also been moments of darkness and lows - the sides that we show less on social media. This season has asked me to move through some of the deepest grief I have ever known, and to surrender more fully to the mystery of life than ever before.

Through it all, one of the greatest teachings has been learning to recognize my own worth. To soften into a deeper sense of self-love, trust, and belonging within myself.

As I step into this next chapter, I feel grateful. For the love and losses, the growth and the uncertainty, and the immense privilege of living a life devoted to beauty, service, and community. ✨

Thank you for all those who have been walking beside me. Thank you for all who trust me and feel me. I love you so much.

Thank you also for your patience when life demands me to cocoon and slow down.

Excitement for all that lies ahead! ♥️

En visitant le temple hindou de Prambanan à Yogyakarta quelque chose d’inattendu m’est arrivé

Les trois temples principaux sont pour Brama, Vishnou et Shiva mais …

En visitant le temple de Shiva, alors que je rentre dans la salle contenant la statue de
Agastya, quelque chose de surprenant se passe.

Je suis seul dans cette petite pièce “apparemment” secondaire donc moins fréquentée par les visiteurs.

Je n’ai aucune idée de qui est représenté sur cette statue, mais je ressens une connexion profonde avec mon maître décédé.

Je ressentais son énergie à travers mon corps en présence de cette statue.
Comme une connexion et un apaisement en regardant son visage.

Lorsque ma femme regarde qui est Agastya, elle me dit que c’est un sage Siddha.
Considéré comme le père fondateur de la médecine Siddha.
Et mon maître était lui-même un sage Siddha qui a pour nom de baptême Siddhartha.

Je pensai ressentir quelque chose en visitant la statue principale de Shiva mais non. C’était sur celle sur le côté. Moins fréquentée que la connexion allait se faire.

Des fois (souvent) notre mental nous emmène sur des chemins logiques qui ne sont pas ceux qui sont faits pour nous.

Et la magie vient de la curiosité et l’accueil des cadeaux de la vie.
