A quote my dad often says “For of all sad words of tongue or pen, The saddest are these: ‘what might have been!’”John Greenleaf Whittier.

Sometimes I can’t even believe we lived in this jungle paradise for 14 months.🌴 🥰

I’m so honored to have called this very special space home for our family.🥹💖

Experiencing festivals in our backyard, cultivating community, opening up an opulent pop up restaurant, teaching classes & workshops, tending to a 26 acre land and so many adventures. 🪽

Absolute pure magic.🤍

I thank the universe and my ancestors for hearing and responding to my prayers and of course, our family tribe @kaheal1111 @whereiswally55 @house.of.tarah @the.shadow.sorceress @seth_theplantchef @thegardenofgaiaapothecary @kristalynnlove @fire_flies_forest @dj_monarch_offical @caroline_ismyrealname @thestreetbeast @irelynnsage @sumoonah @1beachbum4life @percyjoy57 for all the love and support.❤️‍🔥

I’ve learned so much about holding space, hosting retreats and organizing events. ✨

This chapter was only the beginning of what’s to come next and I’m so thrilled to be sharing more about what we’ve been up to as a freedom lifestyle family.💖

Stay tuned!🦋

What does confidence in your skin mean to you? How do you overcome insecurities and negative self talk?

Confidence in my skin is knowing who I am and what I’m capable of. It’s embracing every ounce of my being and carrying gratitude within my existence.

Some ways I overcome insecurities and negative self talk is by being consistent with gratitude. Reminding myself of all of the beauty in my life and around me. Another way is being consistent with self care (aka self love). Taking time for me, being outside in the sun and nature, meditation, yoga, stretching, breathe work, going to the gym (almost daily), eating healthy (but also indulging when necessary and NOT feeling guilty about it), skin care, reading, resting, creating, dancing, being silly, having fun, therapy, and most importantly magick and witchuals.

Dubai - Video postcards 🌆

An idea totally inspired by @omgadrian a concept where you take a moment that typically would be captured with a photo. But instead it’s captured in video to help complete the experience.
Man I miss Dubai!! I miss the perfect sunsets and the perfect balcony view of the Burj Khalifa. So blessed that I had the opportunity to spend as much time as I did there!
