Zucchinis are life. Mix with halloumi, almond meal and flour; dill and lots of it.

Every new year (well any time really) when dad and I were together he’d cook roast pork. Well now it’s my turn🥹…➡️

Pride of Place — Harry’s Eggs.

Ever since I was a little girl, my dad would make me his homegrown tomato scrambled eggs. If I showed up early in the morning, they’d already be waiting. Or he’d ask, “Are you hungry?” — but he never waited for the answer. He just made them.

He’d whip these up with plenty of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Simple, perfect, made with love.

I’m making them now Dad.
I love you. Eipnvn ❤️
