Hardly home. Forever repping 🐾

The University of Georgia changed my life. So many versions of me were shaped in Athens. UGA will always hold a special place in my heart.

I applied Early Action and got in…. Then I committed to another school (My daddy NEVER let me hear the end of it🙃)

So I applied again as a transfer student… and GOT IN AGAIN. Then I applied for my PharmD… GOT IN. Applied for my MPH… GOT IN.

Every time I applied, I got in. At some point, I had to realize this wasn’t coincidence. It was destined. 🥹

All roads really do lead to Athens.

Your girl is a Triple Dawg, and I’m so thankful for it. What makes it even sweeter is that people told me I wouldn’t make it at UGA. That I was going from being a big fish in a small pond to a small fish in a gigantic one. That I’d be overwhelmed. That it would be different.

And honestly? It was.

But UGA didn’t break me. It solidified that I had that dawg in me fr. Grit, determination, a hustler’s spirit, that “figure it out and keep going” mentality. The willingness to work for what I want and bet on myself even when the odds don’t look great🥴

UGA didn’t just give me degrees. It gave me stories. It gave me lessons. It gave me PEOPLE.

And that Dawg in me?

She AIN’T going NOWHERE! 🐶
